Hey Thanks a lot. I tried it for like 2 days, But what really amazed me—is that I notice how my bad overeating habits stopped. Wow! I just learned, that fasting is amazing to discipline your self, and to cure your bad overeating habits. And that was my problem "I over ate too much" now after the small fast, I eat normally now.

@Octaviomusica I would say to go to your local Book Store and find a book on fasting. You need to understand the stages that you body is going through. If you understand how to get out of the way, then it will be a rewarding experience. I would start with a 5 day water fast so the process won't be so long.

No, you won't lose protein; however, your glycogen stores will be depleted. This could lead to extreme fatigue. I would not lift weights during a fast. I would only undergo walking and light exercise if I were you. You do not lose cells...they reduce in size. When your fast ends you may resume weight training and will be amazed at how quickly things come back. You'll feel even stronger, and more energized. No need to do strenuous exercise during a fast.

nice work son. I think I'll give this a try. I'm a big dude about 230, 6'. Workout occasionally so I have a decent build. The main thing I'm worried about is losing muscle mass while fasting. But it looks like it worked fine for you. I'm gonna give it a shot.

Hey Ladyboss29! I would say to do the Master Cleanse first. Go to google and look up the Master Cleanse & Water Fasting. You have to be almost crazy to do just a water fast. Do the Master Cleanse first. Good Luck

Son I needed this, I'm on day 8 of the 1st fast I've ever done in my 21 years of life. Straight water with a touch of Raw Agave for breath. I woke up today feeling like shet, this vid made me feel better though, not sure if I should break or keep going.

Nice! I failed mine, day 5. Central air stopped working and I sat in the heat craving, and ended up following through. I'll be resuming the fast this comming monday, in preparation for a 50 mile ride to the Jersey Shore. Thanks for the vlogging, it's pretty cool seeing what happens to other fasters. Good luck!
