SUPER video, thank you! Going to be able to stretch the pork loin I bought on sale without worrying about it going to waste -- I'm only cooking for two, so even a 2-lb roast is WAY more meat than we can go through in one meal. :)
@petmycatwiththose we always put extra away as a kid growing up on a farm but this was the first time I didn't cook the entire thing and then put it away. I really like those chops they are nice and tender even fried in a pan...
@petmycatwiththose Thanks, this is a very nice and tender chop when cooked quickly. Glad you are glad I know I am glad and especially I am very glad I stumbled across yours too! I am working on some dishes from UK for next month, I think I am going to go on the Electronic road and see what my friends eat!
@TheVittleVlog You are welcome! A 2 pack of chops cost about $4 here and each chop cost about $0.85 great savings with little work and you get the chops sized the way you want... glad you enjoyed it my friend have a wonderful day!
@purewic Sometimes I forget, but usually I a rinse and pat dry meat before handling to reduce the toxin content. Thanks for the tip I will pat it dry better next time!

Whoa! That's a lotta chops! Every time I get a Pork loin, I'm always compelled just to wrap it up in bacon, and low-n-slow… Next time I'll slice it!
slyflight 1 year ago
@slyflight good idea, slice half and wrap the other half... thanks!

if you dry the meat before cutting you can make cleaner cuts.
