Great education; I live for it. However can you clarify something for me? I noticed 'organic salad packaging' as tags to this vid. Are saying that salads which have been labeled organic have gone through a chlorine rinsing process as well???

Yeah, those were all separate words in my tag section. But organic salad is normally labelled un-washed. It should not of had any chemical rinsing at all. This is better but still inferior to direct from the farm produce. Dont get me wrong, sometimes I have to buy from my supermarket and the organic kind is what i would grab for. ;)

Great advice, Farmers markets are the way to go. The farmers markets over here in the states are growing bigger every year. I never did trust pre-packaged salad.

CSA's are the best. Buying direct from the farms. Yea, they have been growing bigger here too in the uk. The supermarkets will feel the strain soon! I hope.
