  • That is amazing :) U go girl :D

  • too awesome =) well done

  • While your moves are amazingly smooth, elegant (rather than provocative) and strong, I can't help but feel it looks a little sleazy with the flashing lights and shoes like those.. No offense- I'm a pole dancer too!

  • why are your light up shoes only lighting up a couple times? lol arent they motion triggered? GREAT dance btw!

  • What a beautiful dance. Your moves are just a joy to watch. Thanks for sharing.:)

  • where can you learn to do this?

i've looked at a few fittness pole videos, but i could never actually get on the pole and do it.

  • You need to find a local fitness class, I expect there will be one in your area :D x You will LOVE IT! x

  • very nice thanks 4 sharing! aloha!

  • WOOP WOOP! Thanks :D

  • totally love and appreciate all your moves! you totally inspired me!

  • Thank you so much :D xx

  • I clicked on this video as a "related video" when I looked up the flag pole scene from Christmas Story. Emily, I am damned impressed! I used to shoot (photos) of fitness models and female bodybuilders some of which also were dancers. The athleticism and strength you show here is amazing.

  • :D :D :D :D :D

  • I think you are pretty good! For how long have you been poledancing?

  • Emily has been poling since 2003 :D

  • this video is great. Do you have the pole on rotate for parts of it? Some of the spins looked like they shouldn't have been possible! You're very good-- and reallllly strong.

  • Thanks xx It's all on a static pole :D

  • Spiderwoman lol! thats cool

  • I absolutely loved all the combinations of spins and the transitions in and out of the spins and the inverted moves. Excellent! I found the combos very unique and captivating to watch. Great job!

  • wow love the video, iv been doing pole for about a year and just struggle freestyling, can do the moves on there own, but just cant freestyle unless i write it down, well not for a long time anyway, well done keep it up x

  • Hello! I am just curious why do we need to wear the high heels when doing pole dance? :)

  • We don't 'need' to wear any shoes, bare feet or trainers are fine, as are ballet shoes or even wellies! Pole shoes are the shoes associated with the pole dance, tap shoes for tap dance, ballet shoes for ballet dance, salsa shoes for salsa etc. Pole shoes are heavy - like wearing sexy ankle weights, they make all tricks and spins harder due to the weight & to their height. To invert with heels means to lift your body 5-7" higher due to the shoe. Shoes are a personal choice :D Hope that helps x

  • Ever seen a ballroom dancer perform in trainers? A ballerina perform in flip-flops? A street dancer in wedges? Horses for courses and personal choices.... We teach in barefeet, trainers and shoes, it's totally down to the student.

  • I've been playing on my stripper pole recently and it keeps bruising my arms and legs really badly... is there a way i can hold myself so i won't bruise?

  • it just takes time, when you first start you get bruises but after your body becomes conditioned you learn to hold youself in a way that wont bruise you. i still get the odd bruise, but keep trying, any other questions just ask! I'm posting pole lessons soon.

  • Hi northgoddess88, bruises are common with new moves and when learning, but you kinda get used to them and don't bruise as much and its only the new moves that bruise sometimes. Pole kisses hun, wear them with pride, means you are working hard hehehe :D xxx

  • practise! they better you get at moves the smoother u are and dont knock urself as much (even if it doesnt feel like u are!) parts of ur body begin to get used to it as well with practise x

  • do u lack iron???? weird question i no but there is a reason im asking, im anemic, so if i dont take my iron tabs i get a bruise by climing spinning everything, low iron pulls bruises out darker and easier, if not, maybe u have soft skin onnce ur body gets used to it it will die down

  • god your so good . how long did it take you to get all those moves down. man your so good

  • i love ur chair sit to reverse corkscrew (kinda)combo sweetness =)

  • Woops that was in response to daimonz96

  • have just watched all ur vids they are fab!!! love em x

  • Gosh! Hi guys! What lovely comments... Thanks so much for your lovely words xxx

(Shoes I got in the US!)

  • love the video music and lighting fab and the moves are ab fab

  • god u have to be so strong, and talented ESPECIALLY IN THEM KILLER HEELS :O

  • in-freakin-credible!! And I have seen a TON of pole dancing videos!! (trust me, my page has like 100 LOL) Perfection!

  • aw...thanks so much! ;D xxx (blushes)

  • U are great! I am a subscriber now.

  • fab! some great combos there

  • ur moves r good but u creep me out.

  • What does that even mean??? You're basically giving her the thumbs down because she "creeps you out" - completely disregarding the fact that she is an excellent dancer...only a 15 year old would come out with something so random - cant give encouraging/positive feedback? Then hush child...hush! lol

  • shes wearin helga braids an stripper shoes?

im creeped out by the fuckin combo?

    its pretty akward.

  • Are you asking me or telling me? Whats with the question marks and swearing? Lol...Just let it go lovey...

  • I have done about 6 months of pole training but nothing as good as what u did in the video. What company do u train with? I lost my love for it when I got a different instructor, but miss doing it. If u could get back to me it would be much appreciated. U can tell u work really hard coz every move was perfect - after u've done some pole dancing u know how much effort goes into it but u made it look so simple! x

  • Want the shoes!!!! Where did they come from? Really good video to watch - you forget about all the spins and stuff when you're concentrating on learning new tricks. Thanx

  • I love the move at 1:47!

  • wow that was fab

  • Great...using you as my "teacher" for now - thank you for posting. xx

  • I am SO impressed! loved watching you! and you have a terrific (strong!) body! I have a pole, but i'm so busy I can't work on it. I do not have the upper body strength.. (menopause). I'm hoping it will come. 8)

  • Lush!

Worship the shoes hair twin ;)

  • wow, ur great on the pole. How long u been doing it for? x

  • thanks ;D i have been at it for around 6 years now....obsessed..addicted and just LOVE it...best thing I ever found xxxx

  • I know it is addictive. I have always liked to watch pole dancing before it was now known as a form of fitness. I use to want my b'friend to take me to a strip club just to watch as they look so graceful, never did though.

I have just started lessons 4 weeks ago and just bought my xpole, I could not go a whole week without having a spin.

I just hope i get as good as you Emily.

  • Oh so good....!

  • Your so awesome!!!

  • aw thank you ( smiles lots)

  • I just sent this video to a friend. I wanted him to see an example of GOOD pole dancing. Its just new here in town and people do not understand yet what its all about. Hope you R OK with that!

  • Thats extremelly flattering so very happy with that..thankyou ;-D xxxx

Its a struggle but hopefully we can help people see it for the beauty/grace/strength and skill that it demands one day and not associate it with "THE DARK SIDE" LOL !! IT'S A BEAUTIFUL FORM OF DANCE/SPORT ;-D xxxxxx thank you again x

  • Amazing as usual! I whish I could pull off 1/2 of those moves. What poles do they use at the studio?

  • These ones are from..er...actually i'm not sure..it was a local scaffolding place but the ones I use in all my other classes are x-poles ;-D xxx we just could'nt fit the x-poles in because of the design of the ceilings here!!! so no spinny spin spin just static lol

  • They are great! Mine is actually a handrail that my husband machined to be both static and spin. I had it pro powder coated to get the right slip/grip. I love it!

Have a peek if you want.

  • Just did...bloody good job then...looks great ;-)... also bless you hun..dancing when so ill..i thought i was crackers lol you should have been resting...big love ;-D

  • 2:22 and 2:45 amazing just amazing and so flawless

  • thank you ;-D xxx

  • Looks fab! :)

  • thanks huni xx

  • pretty pretty... those moves hurt my thighs so much....

  • LOL!! I dont feel it any more..no sense no feeling!!! ha ha ha!!

    Thank you xx

  • lol true, i wonder if we burned off all the sensation in the nerves or what, lol. kind of odd about that isn't it. ur amazing, beautiful videos my friend!

  • aw...exdiva thank you sooooooooo much ;-D xxxx
