well i never though that you could shim a master lock i've tried it a million times and could never get it i could only get master padlock with the half and half.(half shim and half bypass. by the way what size shim you used on that master 5?

cool..super handy in a pinch...wish i had me about a 1/2 dozen of them...Iv'e used beer cans,feeler gauges,shim stock,strapping material,

but nothing beats the real tool for the job.
