You pay them a certain amount and whatever they have in their bank (whether it will be yours or someone else's) they pay whatever is necessary to that person. The insurance company is like a bank, they pool the people's money together and pay out the damages of whoever have the unfortunate accident. Think about it.

However, not all the vote was counted in 6 caucus states, and 4 of them went Obama, so he probably has more than 2,000 votes floating out there. I just wanted that to be on the record.

If florida was a normal election and obama had campaigned, he would have won or at least kept it close. To call it legitimate and use that to tout yourself as winner of popular vote is no better than Enron accounting showing how good the company was doing.
