very nice stuff! I love smooth jazz. i thought my next instrument was going to be a tenor uke......but i think im going to get me the baritone. I met an Ohana bari bk-32. loved it!
thanks so much for the info. I have been taking lessons on the baritone for about a year now. My teacher wants me to take the guitar now because of the uke having the 4 strings and there really are not any more baritone lesson books except the #one book ...so I am learning with the #1 guitar book now. I really appreciate the info. I plan to put one of my songs on u tube soon....I hope to hear some more of yours! Rose
wow!!!!! Please tell me, do you have pick up? sorry, cannot tell,,,,Only know that it sounds great...how long have you been playing the uke or guitar? any suggestions how I can learn to play jazz on the uke? cannot find any books...Rose
Appreciate the comment! No, there is not a pickup in the uke. The camcorder mic was picking it up. I've been playing uke on and off about 3.5 yrs. Can mostly strum chords on the guitar. I'm just learning jazz, and am not that good. Since a baritone uke is tuned like the bottom 4 strings on a guitar, you can just use guitar books. Just ignore the top 2 strings on guitar scale charts. I think Lyle Ritz has a jazz chord melody song book.
respekkt the uke!! nice seeing more and more uke vids

Cool. But leave out the cheesy drum machine if your not going to show it being programmed. : P

Hey, thanks for the comment. I came up with the chords for the song (on backing track), but just improvised while playing.
