I know a lot of people put emphasis on focusing on an object in front of them and keeping their eyes on it throughout the backflip, do you feel this is important too?
You know, I actually have never heard that tip! I bet it works for some people. I can definitly see how that works especially during the landing to get your chest up. My best momentum for rotating through would be really trying to have my knees "catch up" with my chin. Let me know what works for you!
I keep meaning to do a video reply of me doing a back flip, combining the techniques I know with what I've learnt from you, but we've had massive snowfall in England all of the sudden recently :S I'll do it soon though :D
