Her accent is due to the fact that (duh) she's a non-native English speaker whose teacher didn't/couldn't help her shape her vowels quite right. It happens.
The tension is also a definite problem, which moving around would help to ease, surely. Her mistakes are all common in opera singers who try to do pieces that are not at all operatic: the (often unnoticed) tendency is to tense up to somehow 'make up' for the difference in how it feels in your face.
. Again, that comes down to training, and getting used to a set of what may be long-forgotten sensations. She needs to trust herself, get her brain out of the way and let her instrument do what it'll do. Although, learning the entire piece also would have given her more confidence. Just a thought.
Not bad, but open your mouth and your throat. It is whislte dow the wind...but sounds like WEEND. Very nasal. Sleeping sounds a bit nasal as well, but there is power behind that voice. Breath properly and work on diction, pitch and opening you mouth and throat...then you''ll have it! =)
