Ryder your a dumbass idiot obviously. Ray mercer? Raman? Lmao u gotta be kidding me. Ray mercer quit being good in the 90's and Brahman won the lottery with one punch but wasn't good at all. Tyson was much smaller than all the fighters he fought and he dominated doesn't matter who he fought
@robberealsr1982 So it matters who Wladimir beat, but it doesn't matter who Mike beat? BULLSHIT Mike was a legitimate heavyweight, fighting at 215-220lbs, that's nothing but a pure natural heavyweight. Quit talking out of your ass. A boxer must beat someone great to be a great.
@rydern7 holyfield got hid ear bit cuz he's a dirty ass fighter a headbutting little fag. And in the second fight Tyson was up on the scorecard. He was mad because the ref wasnt doing his damn job. And douglas was knocked out he was down for more than 10 seconds.
@robberealsr1982 Usual nonsense, moaning about that count, I've seen worse counts than that. Douglas was not knocked out by Tyson don't talk shit he was fine and got up before the count, if the ref had counted faster, he would of got up quicker, this is evident in the fact that he went on to win by KO 2 rounds later.
they are simply reigning in a division that seriously lacks any technical brilliance..with most of the time boxers only seem to have made it there by sheer size alone.. Tyson had speed, defence, and a great offence...he was able to throw and land in bunches which the wladmir seldom shows.. all he does is jab, which i cant fault but it wouldnt be enough v an opponents who ducks and slips to a range where the taller fighters are disadvantaged by their size..
Heavy Weight division seems dead because the title holders are brothers and they are not American. If they are American, i assure you heavy weight is not dead. Majority of boxing's earnings are from people in USA willing to pay and watch.
Hey race got nothing to do with boxing. Compubox shows Pacquiao out worked and out landed Marquez. None of the judges saw Marquez winning the fight. Their faces even prove to you who won the fight. All these stats agree with each other. Stop crying. Marquez is a great fighter. Re-watch the fight and see how Pacquiao landed a lot of shots on Marquez but was so fast you couldn't see it! That's why his face was all swollen at the end and you're wondering how lol.
My opinion is black people have faster and better developed quick twitch muscles compared to white or other races of people. Faster quick twitch muscles result in ofcourse faster, and more explosive motions when wanted.
I'm Puerto Rican and I can honestly say blacks rule boxing. You got Hearns knocking out Duran, Sugar Ray beating Benetiz, Mosley KO's Margarito, Floyd babies Marquez and many more. It just seems blacks know how to box really good and have something that other people don't...
@JackGarcia1000 Pacquiao isn't black or mexican. The klitschko's are on top of the heavyweight division, by miles, this division has traditionally been the most iconic in boxing, black fighters like Chisora, Haye.. have no chance. So stop repeating all the trash you hear. As if all the white fighters can't win titles, tell that to the black heavyweights.
@RyderN7 Lets talk about all the boxing history, the best figters were black, Ali, sugar ray leonard and robinson, mike tyson, joe frazier, george formon..boxing aint a sport no more its a business, and the fighters are rubbish. so what if klitscho on top, put him in with iron mike tyson, and hel go down like the twin towers!
@lakersrule6 lets not forget lennox lewis who did beat vitali. also theyres joe louis, mayweather, tommy hearns , jack johnson,rydern7 dont know what the fuck hes talking about.
@lakersrule6 No, Boxing is a sport and a business stop talking shit. He claims Blacks rule boxing, as if any black heavyweights can beat the Klitschko's, just admit it. Whites rule the heavyweight division today. Stop being a racist little wanker and accept that fact. 2 white brothers rule it. Saying blacks rule boxing is to ignore this fact.
@RyderN7 no racial motivation on here..boxing knows no race..but to be honest the Klitschko's are nothing to gloat about..there are just a product of dead division thats awaiting revival...but if you knew boxing you would know different divisions reign at different eras..right now its the welter weights division turn...
@narucraze1 The Klitschko's are good boxers, I don't understand what this hatred of them is, sure they are boring but they are brilliant at what they do and would beat a lot of great fighters, Vitali was robbed against Lewis who retired to escape a rematch. I can name some great white fighters, Klitschko's run the heavyweight division. Therefore they are powerful in the boxing world. Tyson dominated a fairly weak divison, so shall we just forget about him?
@RyderN7 honestly speaking they wouldnt hang with a lot of the great heavy weights..in terms of pure skill ....its not just that they are boring...their skill level is that great neither..i can see your racially motivated and your trying to prove a point of white boxers dominating the sports..but if your honest to your self..if we were to compare white heavyweights to black heavy weights on average...then blacks have more greater fighters..
@narucraze1 'Iron Mike' is gone about 20 years, I live in 2011 not back in the 80's. I am knocking down your bullshit, racially motivated claim that fighters of a certain skin colour dominate boxing, YOU are the one making racially motivated claims, I am just calling them bullshit as they are. Does 'Iron Mike' still box? Is he world champion? No, so how the hell can he dominate the Klitschko's, learn the difference between 1986 and 2011. I suppose Haye dominated Wladimir then LMAO.
@RyderN7 Well goes back to what many believe contrary to you...the heavy dvision is dead..all the money is in the welterwieght division currently..different divisions have diffferent turn for the spotlight sometime simultaneously.. like the welter & middleweight in the 90's..we are just making a comparison of skill..the klisckos simply wouldn't hang with his calibre..
@narucraze1 Just because there's nobody there to beat them doesn't mean they are not skillful. I'm not a Klitschko fanboy I'm an impartial boxing fan who appreciates fighters, the Klitschko's would beat a lot of the guys who fought Ali and Foreman, they have excellent very powerful jabs and they both hit hard good reflexes, not to mention a height advantage and in many cases reach advantage. They are not my favourites, nonetheless, stop underrating them. Mike beat a lot of bums too.
@RyderN7 im not underestimating them, they certainly arent the most technically gifted boxers ever... their long run wouldnt have lasted this long in other eras.. that's a certain....its true its not their fault there is no worthy opposition and they still haven't show cased anything spectacular, that will make you want to compare them to other greats...difference is mike demolished them..show casing skills that would enable him to compete technically at any error..
@narucraze1 No Mikes style was a very offensive one, he was supposed to destroy bums, if Muhammad Ali had fought a load of bums he wouldn't have demolished them because his style was not as offensive, but he could dance around all night and beat them by a landslide on points.. the Klitschko's often beat people to a pulp, Adamek, Peterson... etc and they get stopped or retire because the Klitschko's are too good for them. continued......
@RyderN7 lol i cant believe your attempt to mention the klishtckos in the same sentence as ali and tyson...going back to what i said earlier name an outstanding skill that they posses which makes you think they would beat let alone compete with other greats....just face it the klishtckos are very ordinary boxers whose opponents make them stand out... your only deluding yourself if yo believe the heavy weight division is not dead...
@RyderN7 Any attempt to claim them as being any thing other than ordinary in skill..will be a very bad joke... if you disagree...please list the so called spectacular skills that they posses..then i might be inclined to believe your statements :) merry christmas..
@narucraze1 First off, it's christmas so I'm not on for long and won't reply to any further comments for a day or 2, I have already listed their qualities, please actually read the comments. They are not like other fighters, they are both very big men but they have some of the best and most powerful jabs in boxing history and batter oponents alone with just jabbing and the occasional right hand. Just because I mention them in the same sentence, doesn't mean I am comparing them.
@narucraze1 CONT. like I said Mike dominated a weak error, any good offensive boxer would KO a load of bums, you keep ignoring the fact that his error was dead too, yet give Tyson the credit regardless. It's not their fault that nobody is there to beat them, that doesn't make them crap, they are something else, I am not a Klitschko fanboy, again, just an impartial boxing fan. Anyway, Wladimir beat Chris Byrd, Ray Mercer, Hasim rahman (who KO'd Lewis), they aren't bums either...
@RyderN7 its christmas and im going to save my energy, why dont you go and research who tyson fought and the level of opposition the klishtckos have...you cant compare tyson to them...especially with skill..the left jab really ? its exactly what i thought you would say..as they are seriously ordinary on other departments.. the best heavy jabs in the history belong to this guys..Riddick Bowe..Michael Moorer..Sonny Liston.. Joe Louis..George Foreman..Lennox Lewis..Ali.Larry Holmes and yes wladmir
@RyderN7 the difference is most of the other boxers i have mentioned had other better technical skill other than the default jab... dude they are nothing other than ordinary when placed in other eras...bout to engage in some serious feast ..:)
@RyderN7 The klitschko's have power, Wlad's jab is very effective,
top 5 of all time. You denied they had any skill, then admit he had a brilliant jab, they're both very powerful, as well as being big men with excellent reflexes and good defense, what are you after?
@RyderN7 Blacks are dominate in boxing and thats a FACT...put iron mike with klitscho? wat will happen klitscho might die lol..I dnt care bwt todays division, its pure shitness, heavyweights dead!!..Am not racist, its jus u who carnt admit the truth
Stereotypes about one races dominance over another race (so therefore the other is inferior), no that’s not at all racist. The simple fact is, the only true group or physiological label that applies to ALL of us is that of being part of the human race. Once you define individuals as being part of a group other than human beings you buy into the racism, you perpetuate it, you condone it, you accept it.............
Our education, our history, our upbringing contribute to this sad fact, but WE have the power to rise above it by refusing to continue to label our fellow man by colour or geographic origin. On a sub-conscious level, you must believe that one so called race IS better than another. By definition, that is racism. Unfortunately, it often comes with a level of lesser education, because with education comes wisdom and understanding, and the ability to spell “can’t” correctly ;)
If you want to spot a poser as a boxing fan..1) they will criticize " stick and move " tactics that Ali employed as running..2) they will criticize a boxer's personality when it has nothing to do with ring generalship..watch wrestling instead lol..3) they call a boxer a chicken for not getting hit often, lol watch mma.4) they show no appreciation for technical brilliance, and would rather see two opponents pummel each other with no care for defense.5) boxing un written rule is hit and not get hit
mayweather is very coward...but this is the only thing he do...to make an excuse and black propaganda...he cannot defeat pacman,48-0 means nothing if he doesnt fight pacman...
That's what you need to understand. Manny's style isn't made for a fighter like Floyd, we saw that with Marquez. Marquez moves his head, he can fight backing up, and he moves around the ring instead of staying in the center where Manny wants the fight. Trust me when I say Manny doesn't have what it takes to beat Floyd, at least not yet.
The thing DLH, Cotto, Margarito, Clottey, and Mosley all had in common was that they weren't evasive and stood still for Manny while Manny throw tons of power shots, to which he wasn't very accurate.
Floyd has a tough chin as shown in his fights with Mosley and Ortiz. Manny lacks the reach to close the distance between he and Floyd and he lacks the power necessary to put Floyd down if need be. Floyd has quick reflexes and hand speed, he wouldn't have any trouble countering Manny like Marquez.
Floyd's style: Counter puncher, defensive. He's very good at slipping punches and rarley ever misses. It wont take many rounds before he has you figured out and starts to dominate.
Manny's style: Southpaw, offensive, volume puncher. He's very good at throwing speedy combinations. His strategy is usally to overwhelm his opponents with his speed and power.
If they fought: The problem with Manny's style is that it isn't affective agaisnt someone who moves around and slips his punches.
It seemed you forgot that Pac was a SOUTHPAW fighter, a stance Floyd was also not comfortable dealing with.
Have you notice everytime Floyd fight a southpaw, he is the aggressor & offensive minded, just look at his fight w/Judah & Ortiz.
That stance would favor Pac instead.
If Floyd would resort to his hit &run tactic, that will only shows that a bigger guy is running from a smaller guy. do you really want to see that picture?
@DROC1474 You're joking. Floyd has fought and dominated SEVERAL southpaws, there's nothing hard for him about it.
Which is it? Is he not comfortable or is he the agressor. I doubt someone would be agreessive and throw combinations if they weren't comfortable, you're not making any sense what so ever.
Lol hit & run? You are not a boxing fan at all, stop faking.
... the strongest and fastest fighter at 147. Ortiz had knocked down every single fighter he had ever faced and Berto touched canvas after that too. That night it was clear who the better fighter was. So Floyd takes on #2 rated Ortiz while Manny takes on someone two divisions below him.
@blacktee31 Dude, you make me laugh in this remarks of yours, Manny takes 2 div. below him? guess what who initiated this first on 2009.
Well at least Pac & JMM are the same size & JMM was been the kryptonite of Pac on his career. Both of them have fought in an even terms & finish the fight fair & even.
Now can you compare this FAIR fight to the Fight of Floyd contra Victor Ortiz?
It seemed you forgot that Floyd was ahead in WW experience to a newbie VO in WW.
@DROC1474 Lol Floyd used his fight as a warm up, Manny was trying to settle a score. Floyd dominated Marquez, Manny got dominated BY Marquez. It isn't the same.
Difference beeing Marquez is still a lightweight while Manny naturally weighs 145lbs, granting him an advantage in power.
Floyd comes in the ring being outweighed by 14lbs and still didn't get knocked down. Manny can't hurt him.
@blacktee31 Floyd was always forced to spar much bigger guys than him consistently and still continues to do so..people dont realise he has been fighting much biggr guys than him and none of them has put him on the canvas... manny on the other hand has supposedly fought the bigger guys but at catchweights...i have a video of roach admitting to it...
@narucraze1 Yeah it's getting to the point where pactards can't even lie becuase Roach even admits that Manny isn't skilled enough to hang with Floyd or Marquez for that matter.
@blacktee31 Shane had gone to roach's gym several time trying to get the fight, but roach told him " can you come down to 142lbs".. Shane replied by saying.." you fought Oscar at 147lbs..Roach.." your not Oscar, your better than him "...and only agreeing to fighting him \t a higher weight when he looked awful v Mayweather.. lol talk about ducking and using catchweights to aide themselves..
Back to the rankings 2011( a few months ago) 1. Manny Pacquiao 2. Victor Ortiz 3. Andre Berto 4. Vyacheslav Senchenko 5. Kell Brook 6. Jan Zavek 7. Mike Jones 8. Shane Mosley 9.? 10.? Manny decides after Floyd had already beaten Shane that he want's to fight him. Shane holds no belt, hasn't won a fight, and also dropped down to #8 on the welterweight rankings. After that Manny decides to sign on to fight Juan Manuel Marquez, Floyd sits ringside for Berto/ Ortiz. At the time Berto was #2 and
Let's move on to the next year 2010 (IIRC) 1. Shane Mosley 2. Andre Berto 3. 4. ? 5. Manny Pacquiao 6.Jan Zavek 7. Joshua Clottey. 8.Rafal Jackiewicz 9.Delvin Rodrigurez 10.Luis Carlos Abregu Floyd fights Shane Mosley who had taken the #1 spot from Margarito after Margarito had gotten koed by him in 2009. Margarito was dropped from the list, having not had a fight since then. Manny fights the unranked Margarito while Floyd faces the #1 fighter at 147. So how exactly is Manny better?
Forget it I'll do it myself 2009 1. Floyd Mayweather jr 2. Shane Mosley 3. Antonio Margarito 4. Andre Berto 5. Miguel Cotto 6. Joshua Clottey 7. Vyacheslav Senchenko 8. Selcuk Aydin 9. Sebastian Andres Lujan 10. Jan Zavek Mayweather fights Marqeuz who was p4p #2 and Manny fights Cotto was ranked 5th in the division and recently lost to Margarito by tko. After that Manny fights Clottey who had just recently lost to Cotto. 4.
@narucraze1 yeah he's got two whole pages of replies to you. I'll just be glad when the fight finally happens, then there will be nothing these pactards can say. I'm surprised they didn't all quit on him when they saw how terrible he did against JMM.
@blacktee31 Dude, a fighter cannot be defeated by just a words & TALK.
If Floyd really wanted to prove he is better than Pac, all he need to do is fight Pac INSIDE THE RING MAN TO MAN, in an EVEN & FAIR manner.
If there is anyone who exposed here, its Floyd. Its a total mockery for him to see the fighter he dominated was more willing to fight Pac thrice w/o his unwarranted ODST THAN HIM.
Pac would be more willing to fight Floyd not for MONEY but for HONOR & LEGACY.
@DROC1474 I have no idea why you even say that because I never said Floyd would be him by talking. Manny is just a brawler and not much else, he doesn't have what it takes to beat Floyd. As I sadi before he's not ready. Floyd doesn't have to prove he's better than Manny, it's been proven and it's been known since before Manny if popped up into the division. A fighter he dominated also dominated Manny so what does that tell you?
I already know non of this will get through to you tho.
@blacktee31 You r saying that Floyd doesn't have to prove he is better than Manny, i don't know why you & nanu have even said this.
Funny thing Pac's skills was belittle numerous times since from the start & see what happened to those fighters who belittle him. Pac's 8 Div. Champ belt prove to this.
If Pac was really an EASY FIGHT 4 Floyd, why he was using the ART OF WAR b4 he face Pac, a FACT that he did not did to his prev. 40 opponents?
@DROC1474 I have no clue where you're getting your info from. No one ever belittled Manny's skills he was praised for everything he did so what are you talking about?
If you know about Floyd's history with Bob Arum you wouldn't have to ask that question. This had the potential to be the biggest fight in the history of the sport, look at the past fights that were that huge. There was always blood testing involved.
@blacktee31 So what if Pac loose & Floyd win, that is what u r all wanting to say, right?
But ds presumption will not be manifested if your guy was just pure TALK when it comes to Pac.
As i'm saying along i also was a big FAN of Floyd's skills. That same skills is the one being questioned now when it comes to fighting the fighters in the WW Div. including d smallest little fella fighting in d Div they both currently in.
TRUE FIGHTER was defined in TOUGH TIMES. Pac was tasked 2 prove it again.
@DROC1474 Nope. I honestly don't care anymore, this fight just needs to get done now. It shouldn't have taken three years to come to an agreement.
It's obvious he isn't pure talk and if you knew anything about either fihgter you would know that.
Really? Do you know anything about the welterweight division lol. Manny has only fought at 147 twice since moving up. Why don't you post the top 10 welterweights from 2009 and see who's fought more.
@blacktee31 Dude, no offense to U, i think U will agree w/me that ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS.
U including other Floyd minions here r saying all along that Floyd would dominated Pac in terms of skills, but isn't it just & fair if he will execute it in action in the ring w/Manny rather than diverting us to his insinuation/derogatory remarks towards Manny outside the ring.
Floyd fought d same fighter Pac also beat more dismantlingly, so to say that Pac will have no chance is something FUNNY.
@DROC1474 Yes. And so far Manny's actions have shown that he is no ready for afight with Floyd. Where as Floyd has shown he can handle someone with more power than Manny and a similar style.
It is true and anyone who has been following both fighters knows this. You're going by how you've seen them fight and not what skills each have, advantages disadvantages etc.
It doesn't matter it's easier to beat someone once they've already been picked apart.
@DROC1474 Nope. What I'm doing is showing the best in the division. The guys Floyd are fighting are #1 and #2, while the ones Manny are fighting are #5, #7, or completely unranked.
I'm not using any left over thing, you were the one who did that stating that Manmny fought and beat the same fighters as Floyd did but worse, that doesn't mean anything because styles make fights.
@blacktee31 Dude, now you are comparing the fighters that Pac & Floyd fought based on their P4P ranking, well using this logic of yours, why Floyd need to settle always to #2?
Pac is currently ranked the #1 P4P during his unretirement, become the WBO champ & defending thrice b4 the JMM fight, had various winning streaks from big named legit fighters, for the biggest payday of his life & for what Floyd termed an EASY fight, u r correct, why it taking 3 years for him to finally realize this?
@blacktee31 "Nope. What I'm doing is showing the best in the division. The guys Floyd are fighting are #1 and #2, while the ones Manny are fighting are #5, #7, or completely unranked." i agree with you,i have been trying to hammer this home for a long time..and i gave up and i think you should too..your wasting precious energy... :)
@blacktee31 Your weight issue was something tricky bec. you fail to identify what is comfortable weight the fighters fought in the WW Div. it seemed you & nanu was inclined to believe that all WW fighters comfortable weight was at 147. Why don't you guys check out the weights of Cotto b4 he face Pac, the weight of Marga when he fought Mosley. That would give you a clearer definition of what is comfortable & drained weight you are falsely accusing on Pac.
@DROC1474 They're welterweights, that tells me you know nothing about these fighters. They're in the division which means they're comfortable at that weight. Most of them walk around at 147lbs. They don't have fights at 147 because they're more comfortable at fighting somewhere else, these guys naturally weigh 147lbs so don't start making bs excuses because if they weren't comfortable they would move up and down like Manny does.
@blacktee31 That's precisely my point & i'm so sorry to accused you of having that kind of mentality, bec. it seems nanu was more to inclined to believe that the comfortable weight of most WW are at 147.
To clear the picture fair, just see who is really in an advantage & disadvantage position when Pac face Cotto & Margarito in comnpared to Floyd faced JMM.
Dude, i don't need to evaluate more to you, i already posted everything here.
@blacktee31 We are on d same page now about wanting to make ds fight happen bet. Pac & Floyd.
I keep on saying here that due credit is already given to them for making this fight happen.
Its a FACT that only ONE would be a winner but being beaten by either 43-0 All Time Great or to the lone 8 Div. Champ is not a shame at all, but rather a SWEET NOBLE DEFEAT.
I'll just hope Arum & Floyd would finally make ds fight happen, it all now lies 2 BETWEEN THEM TWO now.
@blacktee31 Dude, it seemed you totally bought this ridiculous remarks of your idol Floyd. Tell me when the fight was before initiated, do we hear from Hatton, DLH that they are inferior to Pac bec. somebody like Floyd beat them?
Are you saying that all the fighters Floyd fought cannot fought at all or should we say that the upcoming conquerors of those beat fighters will not have the credit since Floyd beat them already?U must be making a fallacious remarks here.
@DROC1474 Lol you're assuming things. When did I ever say that Floyd was my idol. Hatton fell to the SAME LEFT that Floyd took him down with. The blueprint had been laid by Floyd. DLH was passed his prime, he dropped 10+ lbs and looked sickly in the ring. DLH has stated himself that Floyd>Manny, but I don't need words to tell me who will win the fight if it happened.
No I'm saying that Manny beating these guys quicker doesn't make it more impressive.
@DROC1474 Tell me what is more impressive. If there's a book shelf and I walk up and break it, then you come a long after the shelf has been put back together with super glue and you also break that shelf, but into smaller pieces. What's more impressive?
@blacktee31 Tell me who is naturally the bigger guy, the more gifted bet. Pac & Floyd.
As is said again, i don't deny that your guy was the complete skilled fighter, how he demonstrate & to who is what matters.
Tell us here who really fought the naturally bigger, stronger & dangerous opponents out there bet. Pac & Floyd in this WW Div. considering what they naturally have.
It seemed you forgot that Pac start at the lowest weight class of 106 & to pit him to this big WW was already a FEAT.
@DROC1474 With all due respect, that is a stupid question. You keep reminding me that you know nothing about these fighters. Of course Floyd is the bigger guy and considering the fact that Floyd has ALWAYS been as fast as he is I would say he's more gifted.
I already have you've chosen to ignore it and make up excuses as to why and why not. Floyd has only fought fighters ranked in the top 5 while Manny prefers to go down to 144 and face fighters or fight guys at 147 who are below top 5.
@blacktee31 lol he lost his non-avid fan base..but the die hards will always be there.. even if manny were to get ko'd..they wold respond with some superstitious quotes..lol i have heard it all..
@blacktee31 lol manny team doesnt want to enter the ring with Floyd.. though we all want to see the fight..regardless most rational people know manny wont beat him.. and if he retires now as khan suggested for him..he will be known as a ducker that will be a ever remaining stain in his legacy..
@blacktee31 There is a chance of manny going down due to the lack of defense..his defense is offence..but it wont mean much if he cant land them, whilst eating speedy counter leather in the process.. but then again Manny does have a proven chin...only this time will see how well he handles an accumulation of accurate right hand shots..
@narucraze1 Remember the last guy who tried to use volme punching as his defense? Phillip N'dou got knocked on his ass by Floyd and he's much bigger than Floyd is. I'm not quite sure how strong Manny's chin is at 147 though. He's proven his chin when fighting against guys his own size, but when facing bigger guys with power the were just statues in the ring and didn't throw much at all.
@blacktee31 Its a little difficult coming up with a game plane v an opponent like floyd as he constantly adjusts to his opponent drawing from the wealth of experience he has had fighting different styles throughout his career for 15 years!.. What style of fighting do you think would beat Floyd ? cause there is currently not that many people that i know who can much him for skill alone...
@narucraze1 I honestly don't know. Maybe an unorthadox style like RJJ where he would look like he was about to jab and would throw a hook instead. I don't know if that would work either.
@blacktee31 lol check out Adrian broner v Rodriguez....if he polishes up we may have a new mayweather.... there is a few up and coming acts..gamboa, gary russel jnr ..nonito is not bad neither..
lol someone is really forcing convo on here on a mayweather video lol..secret admirers.. but its clear to every-one that its the manny team holding this fight back...they used to say that it was floyd..bu he just negated that by setting a date,venue...and going to fight hype to make his intentions clear...whilst the manny team continue to make inconsistent statements...especially after the Marquez fight..that answer was not that of a man who genuinely wants to fight...
@tinygangster666 Dude, Floyd & Castillo is fighting on common ground of LW Div.
Pac rose from a certified SFW & fight d bigger WW guys out there despite of his size & limited amateur skills as what d Mayweather r saying together w/their minions.
Have U even consider d big weight difference of ds WW guys on d weight at fight night? Just look at Cotto, Clottey & Margarito. Ds guys r ave. 160 plus on d fight night itself.
Pac is ave. 143 on WW & even he could just go at 148 max on fight night.
@tinygangster666 Tell me who is the fighter at our modern time had rise to a 2 weight classes not just once but twice in their career & still producing the same result of dominating & dismantling their opponents.
I'll totally agree that Floyd is the best boxer in our modern time but can he duplicate the TRUE FIGHTER in Pac, despite the disadvantage in terms of size & skills was more willing to use his skills against those bigger & dangerous opponents out there?
@tinygangster666 lol don't be fooled by averages...they don't necessarily translate to the weight they fought at..it includes their other bouts.. which makes it even more dubious that they all had to fight at catch weights way below their averages... ray robinson rose through the divisions without the aide of catchweights..manny rose through by setting his own division ceilings..then claiming champion at a false weight lol...
Where do people get this whole "Floyd fits people coming off wins" crap? Do u just repeat what Floyd says? Baldomir lost 9 times before Floyd fought him, Mosley lost to winky wright twice, Vernon Forrest twice, and cotto, Marquez was pacs leftovers and hatton was a jr welterweight that Floyd fought while ignoring the best welterweights in his own division. Open your eyes
@rollingdub22 lol do you understand the term coming off impressive wins ? thats different from how many times his opponents have lost.. quit making superficial statements.. read my other post i already dealt with this and if need be ill just copy and paste it..hatton
@YoungMurk252 Everyone Pac has fought in the last few years has been coming off a loss or a bad performance? Really...
Why don't you just look at their records instead of citing this bad performance w/c is not really a factor when a fight was initiated. Bec. if we are really using this logic of yours w/c was headed by Floyd, there would be no fight existing right now, look at Cotto, Barrera, Morales, they are still champions right now.
@YoungMurk252 Some of the Floyd's supporters really bought this flawed logic, Pac was on the SFW Div. when the loss of this common opponents transpired.
I think if you will try to use this logic, i think you need to use a common ground or just & fair comparison.
You may say that Pac is really picking up the left overs of Floyd if they have enter the same div at the same time but its not.
Floyd enter 2005 while Pac entered late 2008, see the time difference.
@YoungMurk252 Now w/in this time difference bet. them tell me who really fought a credible, bigger & stronger WW out there in the Div?
Can you tell me why Floyd retired last 2007 when the time Cotto was undefeated & there are lots of big named WW guys out there that was still available for Floyd to fight & considering that there is a rematch bet.DLH that was being made up?
Why he had not defended his SWW crown then if he is saying that there is really no more competition in the WW?
@YoungMurk252 I agree with you,if fighting an opponent not coming off a loss or bad performance was not a issue, then why has he persistently fought them..when there were other alternatives out there that were performing much better at the time.. :) when opponents come off loses or bad perfomance considering their stature.it usually indicates that they arent at their best at that moment in their career..and who better to seize on it than roach ' oscar cant pull the trigger anymore' before fight
@YoungMurk252 why did he refuse to fight Shane after the marga destruction.. instead he chose the losing fighter Margarito and waited until may weather stepped up to the plate and made Shane look silly.. similar case with hatton..mayweather faced an opponent no-one had never seen lose..something i seriously believe manny wouldn't have fought undefeated.. i cant remember the last time his fought someone coming off an impressive win..
@narucraze1 Why he refuse to fight shane after the Marga destruction.HMMM. Dude, it seemed you are diverting this issue who supposed to be address to Floyd. Did you still remember this persistent question by Brian Kenny on his unretirement - why not Manny Pacquiao nor Shane Mosley?
You keep on asking this question of Pac fighting Mosley or even Sergio at 150 but have you even realize to ask this first to your idol who you claimed the best.
@narucraze1 Lets digest this further, its not only Pac who refused to fight Shane that time but your idol Floyd as well. We saw this two fighter choose different path to take, Floyd (a certified WW) choose a certified lightweight in JMM while Pac (a newbie WW) choose the bigger experienced WW fighter in Cotto (whom you forgot who beat Shane as well). U r saying that Pac uses weight ceiling to gain advantage on Cotto, lets illustrate this further.
@narucraze1 JMM who is a certified LW that time need 2 move 2 a territory w/c he wasn't accustomed 2 by 2 weight Div. & challenge a bigger, offensively & defensively skilled WW in Floyd, while Cotto who is an experienced WW who is ave. 146 & accustomed 2 fight bigger WW guys b4 Pac was fighting on d wght of 1 pd lower to d smallest WW fighter he ever face who also don't have an experienced of taking a real legit WW guys. Bet. JMM & Cotto, who is more disadv. in facing their respective opponents?
@narucraze1 Now using the same scenario, in your honest & unbiased opinion, who do you really think had gain advantage on this?
You keep on again issuing this left over here, i have already illustrated this to some of the poster here but it seemed you are still persistent to open this up w/c give me no choice but to recycle again as you accused me of on this undying issue of yours w/c main intention is to divert the issue of the real fight that supposed to happen bet. Pac & Floyd.
@narucraze1 As i mention, your left over doesn't bear anything, this was just a smart move by your idol to conceal d TRUTH that he was overturn by Pac in terms of dismantling performance on ds common opponents of them.
After ds 2 performance from Pac, all the world want to see was the fight bet. Floyd & Pac, but it seemed your idol had so many excuses why it was not materialized w/c he instead used JMM while Pac was led to fight Cotto.
Both of them successfully took care of their opponents.
@narucraze1 After Pac's dismantling performance on Cotto, d world crave d ds awaited showdown bet. him & d undefeated Floyd Jr who is boldly telling the media that Pac was just a one dimensional fighter, an easy fight, etc.
With all this pronouncements from Floyd, it was assumed that he really meant to destroy Pac once they fight but it seemed Floyd who had the enormous advantages on Pac was still insufficient w/ds & still need ODST 2 back him up w/c he termed 4 an even & fair playing field?
@narucraze1 Dude, i will stop & pause on this remarks of him of an even & fair playing field, now to ask do you really think that Floyd will be in a disadvantaged position upon facing Pac? if you say so, in what ground? & by saying this that just contradict to what Floyd had been saying all along.
This convenient demand or excuse of Floyd is another DIVERTION tactic that finally lead us to a real MAN to MAN fight bet. them INSIDE THE RING.
@narucraze1 Now w/this hesitation on Floyd, it just shows who is the fighter who really want to prove of fighting a fighter who came from an impressive win.
They are now on equal ground in the WW Div, a right time for them to finally clash but if your guy really true to his intention of fighting Pac, reclaim his throne & finally dominated Pac, why he need to deny the 2nd negotiation & further retired after Pac had already agreed to his ODST?
@narucraze1 Now during his semi retirement, that led Pac to fight two more bigger WW in Margarito & Mosley, w/c again shows dismantling performance on the said 2 fighters. Now here is Floyd again announcing his return but instead of finally fighting Pac, he choose VO w/c again by FACTS showed that Pac's name was being used by Floyd by saying in front of d worldwide media that Pac was next, only to deny later that he said it.
Again, ill stop on this. who is the sane man who will believe him now?
@narucraze1 It doesn't stop there, during his post fight interview, a reporter ask him again another question related to fighting Pac but instead of finally answering & fuel us hope, he dodged the said question & divert to his tactic of lashing on both Arum & Pac instead & boldly claimed that he don't need Pac fight just to generate big money fights w/c again he contradicted 2 weeks b4 Pac & JMM fight.
@narucraze1 Dude, since he start again challenging Pac, i would agree w/you that i also had been happy hearing it but there are still some doubt about the veracity of Floyd's statements.
Now what i'm seeing now was the repeat of what had transpired on the first & second negotiation, Floyd started it all then Pac & 'Arum response, the denial that such negotiation exist like in the 2nd negotiation.
Now to further seal this fight, Pac had made a bold move to finally give in to Floyd's demands.

robberealsr1982 1 month ago
@robberealsr1982 So it matters who Wladimir beat, but it doesn't matter who Mike beat? BULLSHIT Mike was a legitimate heavyweight, fighting at 215-220lbs, that's nothing but a pure natural heavyweight. Quit talking out of your ass. A boxer must beat someone great to be a great.
RyderN7 1 month ago
@rydern7 holyfield got hid ear bit cuz he's a dirty ass fighter a headbutting little fag. And in the second fight Tyson was up on the scorecard. He was mad because the ref wasnt doing his damn job. And douglas was knocked out he was down for more than 10 seconds.
robberealsr1982 1 month ago
@robberealsr1982 Usual nonsense, moaning about that count, I've seen worse counts than that. Douglas was not knocked out by Tyson don't talk shit he was fine and got up before the count, if the ref had counted faster, he would of got up quicker, this is evident in the fact that he went on to win by KO 2 rounds later.

they are simply reigning in a division that seriously lacks any technical brilliance..with most of the time boxers only seem to have made it there by sheer size alone.. Tyson had speed, defence, and a great offence...he was able to throw and land in bunches which the wladmir seldom shows.. all he does is jab, which i cant fault but it wouldnt be enough v an opponents who ducks and slips to a range where the taller fighters are disadvantaged by their size..
narucraze1 2 months ago
Exciting and explosive fights can be found in lightweight and below because of quick feet, fast hands.
The reason why people love Mayweather because he is quick and fast at welterweight.

Faster quick twitch muscles result in ofcourse faster, and more explosive motions when wanted.
fightscholar 2 months ago
I'm Puerto Rican and I can honestly say blacks rule boxing. You got Hearns knocking out Duran, Sugar Ray beating Benetiz, Mosley KO's Margarito, Floyd babies Marquez and many more. It just seems blacks know how to box really good and have something that other people don't...

JackGarcia1000 2 months ago
@JackGarcia1000 Pacquiao isn't black or mexican. The klitschko's are on top of the heavyweight division, by miles, this division has traditionally been the most iconic in boxing, black fighters like Chisora, Haye.. have no chance. So stop repeating all the trash you hear. As if all the white fighters can't win titles, tell that to the black heavyweights.
RyderN7 2 months ago
@RyderN7 Lets talk about all the boxing history, the best figters were black, Ali, sugar ray leonard and robinson, mike tyson, joe frazier, george formon..boxing aint a sport no more its a business, and the fighters are rubbish. so what if klitscho on top, put him in with iron mike tyson, and hel go down like the twin towers!

RyderN7 2 months ago
@RyderN7 no racial motivation on here..boxing knows no race..but to be honest the Klitschko's are nothing to gloat about..there are just a product of dead division thats awaiting revival...but if you knew boxing you would know different divisions reign at different eras..right now its the welter weights division turn...
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 The Klitschko's are good boxers, I don't understand what this hatred of them is, sure they are boring but they are brilliant at what they do and would beat a lot of great fighters, Vitali was robbed against Lewis who retired to escape a rematch. I can name some great white fighters, Klitschko's run the heavyweight division. Therefore they are powerful in the boxing world. Tyson dominated a fairly weak divison, so shall we just forget about him?
RyderN7 2 months ago
@RyderN7 honestly speaking they wouldnt hang with a lot of the great heavy weights..in terms of pure skill ....its not just that they are boring...their skill level is that great neither..i can see your racially motivated and your trying to prove a point of white boxers dominating the sports..but if your honest to your self..if we were to compare white heavyweights to black heavy weights on average...then blacks have more greater fighters..
narucraze1 2 months ago
@RyderN7 name an outstanding skill that klistkho has that you think would afford wins over other greater heavy weights that preceded him ?
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 'Iron Mike' is gone about 20 years, I live in 2011 not back in the 80's. I am knocking down your bullshit, racially motivated claim that fighters of a certain skin colour dominate boxing, YOU are the one making racially motivated claims, I am just calling them bullshit as they are. Does 'Iron Mike' still box? Is he world champion? No, so how the hell can he dominate the Klitschko's, learn the difference between 1986 and 2011. I suppose Haye dominated Wladimir then LMAO.
RyderN7 2 months ago
@RyderN7 Well goes back to what many believe contrary to you...the heavy dvision is dead..all the money is in the welterwieght division currently..different divisions have diffferent turn for the spotlight sometime simultaneously.. like the welter & middleweight in the 90's..we are just making a comparison of skill..the klisckos simply wouldn't hang with his calibre..
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Just because there's nobody there to beat them doesn't mean they are not skillful. I'm not a Klitschko fanboy I'm an impartial boxing fan who appreciates fighters, the Klitschko's would beat a lot of the guys who fought Ali and Foreman, they have excellent very powerful jabs and they both hit hard good reflexes, not to mention a height advantage and in many cases reach advantage. They are not my favourites, nonetheless, stop underrating them. Mike beat a lot of bums too.
RyderN7 2 months ago
@RyderN7 im not underestimating them, they certainly arent the most technically gifted boxers ever... their long run wouldnt have lasted this long in other eras.. that's a certain....its true its not their fault there is no worthy opposition and they still haven't show cased anything spectacular, that will make you want to compare them to other greats...difference is mike demolished them..show casing skills that would enable him to compete technically at any error..
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 No Mikes style was a very offensive one, he was supposed to destroy bums, if Muhammad Ali had fought a load of bums he wouldn't have demolished them because his style was not as offensive, but he could dance around all night and beat them by a landslide on points.. the Klitschko's often beat people to a pulp, Adamek, Peterson... etc and they get stopped or retire because the Klitschko's are too good for them. continued......
RyderN7 2 months ago
@RyderN7 lol i cant believe your attempt to mention the klishtckos in the same sentence as ali and tyson...going back to what i said earlier name an outstanding skill that they posses which makes you think they would beat let alone compete with other greats....just face it the klishtckos are very ordinary boxers whose opponents make them stand out... your only deluding yourself if yo believe the heavy weight division is not dead...
narucraze1 2 months ago

narucraze1 2 months ago
@RyderN7 Any attempt to claim them as being any thing other than ordinary in skill..will be a very bad joke... if you disagree...please list the so called spectacular skills that they posses..then i might be inclined to believe your statements :) merry christmas..
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 First off, it's christmas so I'm not on for long and won't reply to any further comments for a day or 2, I have already listed their qualities, please actually read the comments. They are not like other fighters, they are both very big men but they have some of the best and most powerful jabs in boxing history and batter oponents alone with just jabbing and the occasional right hand. Just because I mention them in the same sentence, doesn't mean I am comparing them.
RyderN7 2 months ago
@narucraze1 CONT. like I said Mike dominated a weak error, any good offensive boxer would KO a load of bums, you keep ignoring the fact that his error was dead too, yet give Tyson the credit regardless. It's not their fault that nobody is there to beat them, that doesn't make them crap, they are something else, I am not a Klitschko fanboy, again, just an impartial boxing fan. Anyway, Wladimir beat Chris Byrd, Ray Mercer, Hasim rahman (who KO'd Lewis), they aren't bums either...
RyderN7 2 months ago
@RyderN7 its christmas and im going to save my energy, why dont you go and research who tyson fought and the level of opposition the klishtckos have...you cant compare tyson to them...especially with skill..the left jab really ? its exactly what i thought you would say..as they are seriously ordinary on other departments.. the best heavy jabs in the history belong to this guys..Riddick Bowe..Michael Moorer..Sonny Liston.. Joe Louis..George Foreman..Lennox Lewis..Ali.Larry Holmes and yes wladmir
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 I know exactly who Mike fought, a puffed up light heavyweight spinks, a
shot larry holmes, then your average guys like bonecrusher smith, and
mitch green who mike couldn't KO, a half decent underdog Douglas came
along and knocked mike out, Holyfield boxed rings around Mike twice until
the nutcase bit his ear in frustration.. oh but that doesn't count does
it?
RyderN7 2 months ago

@RyderN7 The klitschko's have power, Wlad's jab is very effective,
top 5 of all time. You denied they had any skill, then admit he had a brilliant jab, they're both very powerful, as well as being big men with excellent reflexes and good defense, what are you after?
RyderN7 2 months ago
@narucraze1 CONT. Mike never beat a great boxer in their prime, so by your logic he isn't comparable to other greats.

lakersrule6 2 months ago
Stereotypes about one races dominance over another race (so therefore the other is inferior), no that’s not at all racist. The simple fact is, the only true group or physiological label that applies to ALL of us is that of being part of the human race. Once you define individuals as being part of a group other than human beings you buy into the racism, you perpetuate it, you condone it, you accept it.............
adamo1973 2 months ago
Our education, our history, our upbringing contribute to this sad fact, but WE have the power to rise above it by refusing to continue to label our fellow man by colour or geographic origin. On a sub-conscious level, you must believe that one so called race IS better than another. By definition, that is racism. Unfortunately, it often comes with a level of lesser education, because with education comes wisdom and understanding, and the ability to spell “can’t” correctly ;)
adamo1973 2 months ago

Why is everyone debating? Pactards don't know shit about boxing. Manny lost 3 times to Marquez
nintendo007 2 months ago
That's what you need to understand. Manny's style isn't made for a fighter like Floyd, we saw that with Marquez. Marquez moves his head, he can fight backing up, and he moves around the ring instead of staying in the center where Manny wants the fight. Trust me when I say Manny doesn't have what it takes to beat Floyd, at least not yet.
blacktee31 2 months ago
The thing DLH, Cotto, Margarito, Clottey, and Mosley all had in common was that they weren't evasive and stood still for Manny while Manny throw tons of power shots, to which he wasn't very accurate.
Floyd has a tough chin as shown in his fights with Mosley and Ortiz. Manny lacks the reach to close the distance between he and Floyd and he lacks the power necessary to put Floyd down if need be. Floyd has quick reflexes and hand speed, he wouldn't have any trouble countering Manny like Marquez.
blacktee31 2 months ago
Floyd's style: Counter puncher, defensive. He's very good at slipping punches and rarley ever misses. It wont take many rounds before he has you figured out and starts to dominate.
Manny's style: Southpaw, offensive, volume puncher. He's very good at throwing speedy combinations. His strategy is usally to overwhelm his opponents with his speed and power.
If they fought: The problem with Manny's style is that it isn't affective agaisnt someone who moves around and slips his punches.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Dude, that will remain to be seen.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 You're joking. Floyd has fought and dominated SEVERAL southpaws, there's nothing hard for him about it.
Which is it? Is he not comfortable or is he the agressor. I doubt someone would be agreessive and throw combinations if they weren't comfortable, you're not making any sense what so ever.
Lol hit & run? You are not a boxing fan at all, stop faking.
blacktee31 2 months ago
... the strongest and fastest fighter at 147. Ortiz had knocked down every single fighter he had ever faced and Berto touched canvas after that too. That night it was clear who the better fighter was. So Floyd takes on #2 rated Ortiz while Manny takes on someone two divisions below him.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Dude, you make me laugh in this remarks of yours, Manny takes 2 div. below him? guess what who initiated this first on 2009.
Well at least Pac & JMM are the same size & JMM was been the kryptonite of Pac on his career. Both of them have fought in an even terms & finish the fight fair & even.
Now can you compare this FAIR fight to the Fight of Floyd contra Victor Ortiz?
It seemed you forgot that Floyd was ahead in WW experience to a newbie VO in WW.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 Lol Floyd used his fight as a warm up, Manny was trying to settle a score. Floyd dominated Marquez, Manny got dominated BY Marquez. It isn't the same.
Difference beeing Marquez is still a lightweight while Manny naturally weighs 145lbs, granting him an advantage in power.
Floyd comes in the ring being outweighed by 14lbs and still didn't get knocked down. Manny can't hurt him.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Floyd was always forced to spar much bigger guys than him consistently and still continues to do so..people dont realise he has been fighting much biggr guys than him and none of them has put him on the canvas... manny on the other hand has supposedly fought the bigger guys but at catchweights...i have a video of roach admitting to it...
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Yeah it's getting to the point where pactards can't even lie becuase Roach even admits that Manny isn't skilled enough to hang with Floyd or Marquez for that matter.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Shane had gone to roach's gym several time trying to get the fight, but roach told him " can you come down to 142lbs".. Shane replied by saying.." you fought Oscar at 147lbs..Roach.." your not Oscar, your better than him "...and only agreeing to fighting him \t a higher weight when he looked awful v Mayweather.. lol talk about ducking and using catchweights to aide themselves..
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Yeah Shane was #1 at 147 at the time, but when Shane's rating drops to 8th in the division then they want a fight at 147.

@narucraze1 yeah he's got two whole pages of replies to you. I'll just be glad when the fight finally happens, then there will be nothing these pactards can say. I'm surprised they didn't all quit on him when they saw how terrible he did against JMM.
blacktee31 2 months ago
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 I have no idea why you even say that because I never said Floyd would be him by talking. Manny is just a brawler and not much else, he doesn't have what it takes to beat Floyd. As I sadi before he's not ready. Floyd doesn't have to prove he's better than Manny, it's been proven and it's been known since before Manny if popped up into the division. A fighter he dominated also dominated Manny so what does that tell you?
I already know non of this will get through to you tho.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 You r saying that Floyd doesn't have to prove he is better than Manny, i don't know why you & nanu have even said this.
Funny thing Pac's skills was belittle numerous times since from the start & see what happened to those fighters who belittle him. Pac's 8 Div. Champ belt prove to this.
If Pac was really an EASY FIGHT 4 Floyd, why he was using the ART OF WAR b4 he face Pac, a FACT that he did not did to his prev. 40 opponents?
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 I have no clue where you're getting your info from. No one ever belittled Manny's skills he was praised for everything he did so what are you talking about?
If you know about Floyd's history with Bob Arum you wouldn't have to ask that question. This had the potential to be the biggest fight in the history of the sport, look at the past fights that were that huge. There was always blood testing involved.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 So what if Pac loose & Floyd win, that is what u r all wanting to say, right?
But ds presumption will not be manifested if your guy was just pure TALK when it comes to Pac.
As i'm saying along i also was a big FAN of Floyd's skills. That same skills is the one being questioned now when it comes to fighting the fighters in the WW Div. including d smallest little fella fighting in d Div they both currently in.
TRUE FIGHTER was defined in TOUGH TIMES. Pac was tasked 2 prove it again.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 Nope. I honestly don't care anymore, this fight just needs to get done now. It shouldn't have taken three years to come to an agreement.
It's obvious he isn't pure talk and if you knew anything about either fihgter you would know that.
Really? Do you know anything about the welterweight division lol. Manny has only fought at 147 twice since moving up. Why don't you post the top 10 welterweights from 2009 and see who's fought more.
That last sentence doesn't even make sense.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Dude, no offense to U, i think U will agree w/me that ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS.
U including other Floyd minions here r saying all along that Floyd would dominated Pac in terms of skills, but isn't it just & fair if he will execute it in action in the ring w/Manny rather than diverting us to his insinuation/derogatory remarks towards Manny outside the ring.
Floyd fought d same fighter Pac also beat more dismantlingly, so to say that Pac will have no chance is something FUNNY.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 Yes. And so far Manny's actions have shown that he is no ready for afight with Floyd. Where as Floyd has shown he can handle someone with more power than Manny and a similar style.
It is true and anyone who has been following both fighters knows this. You're going by how you've seen them fight and not what skills each have, advantages disadvantages etc.
It doesn't matter it's easier to beat someone once they've already been picked apart.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Dude, you are warranting to raise again this catchweight & left over thing, isn't it?
It seemed you & nanu are creating a superficial statements here, why you need to analyze & see the clearer picture instead.
Why your Floyd need to use this left over thing when he can finally face Pac after he dismantled Hatton?
This catchweight fight should have deter if Floyd himself wait for the outcome of Pac & Hatton, have you seen the true motives of this?
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 Nope. What I'm doing is showing the best in the division. The guys Floyd are fighting are #1 and #2, while the ones Manny are fighting are #5, #7, or completely unranked.
I'm not using any left over thing, you were the one who did that stating that Manmny fought and beat the same fighters as Floyd did but worse, that doesn't mean anything because styles make fights.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Dude, now you are comparing the fighters that Pac & Floyd fought based on their P4P ranking, well using this logic of yours, why Floyd need to settle always to #2?
Pac is currently ranked the #1 P4P during his unretirement, become the WBO champ & defending thrice b4 the JMM fight, had various winning streaks from big named legit fighters, for the biggest payday of his life & for what Floyd termed an EASY fight, u r correct, why it taking 3 years for him to finally realize this?
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 I didn't use p4p rankings go back and read, kid. I only said that Marquez was rated #2p4p.

narucraze1 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Your weight issue was something tricky bec. you fail to identify what is comfortable weight the fighters fought in the WW Div. it seemed you & nanu was inclined to believe that all WW fighters comfortable weight was at 147. Why don't you guys check out the weights of Cotto b4 he face Pac, the weight of Marga when he fought Mosley. That would give you a clearer definition of what is comfortable & drained weight you are falsely accusing on Pac.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 They're welterweights, that tells me you know nothing about these fighters. They're in the division which means they're comfortable at that weight. Most of them walk around at 147lbs. They don't have fights at 147 because they're more comfortable at fighting somewhere else, these guys naturally weigh 147lbs so don't start making bs excuses because if they weren't comfortable they would move up and down like Manny does.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 That's precisely my point & i'm so sorry to accused you of having that kind of mentality, bec. it seems nanu was more to inclined to believe that the comfortable weight of most WW are at 147.
To clear the picture fair, just see who is really in an advantage & disadvantage position when Pac face Cotto & Margarito in comnpared to Floyd faced JMM.
Dude, i don't need to evaluate more to you, i already posted everything here.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@blacktee31 We are on d same page now about wanting to make ds fight happen bet. Pac & Floyd.
I keep on saying here that due credit is already given to them for making this fight happen.
Its a FACT that only ONE would be a winner but being beaten by either 43-0 All Time Great or to the lone 8 Div. Champ is not a shame at all, but rather a SWEET NOBLE DEFEAT.
I'll just hope Arum & Floyd would finally make ds fight happen, it all now lies 2 BETWEEN THEM TWO now.
PEACE & have a nice day ahead.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 Alright, bet. You have a nice day too.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Dude, it seemed you totally bought this ridiculous remarks of your idol Floyd. Tell me when the fight was before initiated, do we hear from Hatton, DLH that they are inferior to Pac bec. somebody like Floyd beat them?
Are you saying that all the fighters Floyd fought cannot fought at all or should we say that the upcoming conquerors of those beat fighters will not have the credit since Floyd beat them already?U must be making a fallacious remarks here.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 Lol you're assuming things. When did I ever say that Floyd was my idol. Hatton fell to the SAME LEFT that Floyd took him down with. The blueprint had been laid by Floyd. DLH was passed his prime, he dropped 10+ lbs and looked sickly in the ring. DLH has stated himself that Floyd>Manny, but I don't need words to tell me who will win the fight if it happened.
No I'm saying that Manny beating these guys quicker doesn't make it more impressive.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@DROC1474 Tell me what is more impressive. If there's a book shelf and I walk up and break it, then you come a long after the shelf has been put back together with super glue and you also break that shelf, but into smaller pieces. What's more impressive?
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 Tell me who is naturally the bigger guy, the more gifted bet. Pac & Floyd.
As is said again, i don't deny that your guy was the complete skilled fighter, how he demonstrate & to who is what matters.
Tell us here who really fought the naturally bigger, stronger & dangerous opponents out there bet. Pac & Floyd in this WW Div. considering what they naturally have.
It seemed you forgot that Pac start at the lowest weight class of 106 & to pit him to this big WW was already a FEAT.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@DROC1474 With all due respect, that is a stupid question. You keep reminding me that you know nothing about these fighters. Of course Floyd is the bigger guy and considering the fact that Floyd has ALWAYS been as fast as he is I would say he's more gifted.
I already have you've chosen to ignore it and make up excuses as to why and why not. Floyd has only fought fighters ranked in the top 5 while Manny prefers to go down to 144 and face fighters or fight guys at 147 who are below top 5.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 lol he lost his non-avid fan base..but the die hards will always be there.. even if manny were to get ko'd..they wold respond with some superstitious quotes..lol i have heard it all..
narucraze1 2 months ago
@blacktee31 lol manny team doesnt want to enter the ring with Floyd.. though we all want to see the fight..regardless most rational people know manny wont beat him.. and if he retires now as khan suggested for him..he will be known as a ducker that will be a ever remaining stain in his legacy..
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 I predict 6th round KO for Floyd. If Manny can manage to stay on his feet and go the distance then UD for Floyd.
blacktee31 2 months ago
@blacktee31 There is a chance of manny going down due to the lack of defense..his defense is offence..but it wont mean much if he cant land them, whilst eating speedy counter leather in the process.. but then again Manny does have a proven chin...only this time will see how well he handles an accumulation of accurate right hand shots..
narucraze1 2 months ago

What style of fighting do you think would beat Floyd ? cause there is currently not that many people that i know who can much him for skill alone...
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 I honestly don't know. Maybe an unorthadox style like RJJ where he would look like he was about to jab and would throw a hook instead. I don't know if that would work either.

DROC1474 2 months ago
@tinygangster666 Tell me who is the fighter at our modern time had rise to a 2 weight classes not just once but twice in their career & still producing the same result of dominating & dismantling their opponents.
I'll totally agree that Floyd is the best boxer in our modern time but can he duplicate the TRUE FIGHTER in Pac, despite the disadvantage in terms of size & skills was more willing to use his skills against those bigger & dangerous opponents out there?
DROC1474 2 months ago
@tinygangster666 lol don't be fooled by averages...they don't necessarily translate to the weight they fought at..it includes their other bouts.. which makes it even more dubious that they all had to fight at catch weights way below their averages... ray robinson rose through the divisions without the aide of catchweights..manny rose through by setting his own division ceilings..then claiming champion at a false weight lol...
narucraze1 2 months ago
Where do people get this whole "Floyd fits people coming off wins" crap? Do u just repeat what Floyd says? Baldomir lost 9 times before Floyd fought him, Mosley lost to winky wright twice, Vernon Forrest twice, and cotto, Marquez was pacs leftovers and hatton was a jr welterweight that Floyd fought while ignoring the best welterweights in his own division. Open your eyes

@rollingdub22 Dont forget that Floyd has been a welterweight for 7 years.Manny only 2.
So Floyd also ducked Mosley until he was old.

@rollingdub22 lol do you understand the term coming off impressive wins ? thats different from how many times his opponents have lost.. quit making superficial statements.. read my other post i already dealt with this and if need be ill just copy and paste it..hatton
narucraze1 2 months ago
@rollingdub22
when people say that, that means the person they're talking about is coming off a big victory, not that they're undefeated.
Baldomir was the UNDISPUTED CHAMPION when floyd fought him
Mosley had just came off a huge win against the man no one wanted to fight(Margarito)
Everyone pac has fought in the last few years has been coming off a loss or a bad performance
YoungMurk252 2 months ago
@YoungMurk252 Everyone Pac has fought in the last few years has been coming off a loss or a bad performance? Really...
Why don't you just look at their records instead of citing this bad performance w/c is not really a factor when a fight was initiated. Bec. if we are really using this logic of yours w/c was headed by Floyd, there would be no fight existing right now, look at Cotto, Barrera, Morales, they are still champions right now.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@YoungMurk252 Some of the Floyd's supporters really bought this flawed logic, Pac was on the SFW Div. when the loss of this common opponents transpired.
I think if you will try to use this logic, i think you need to use a common ground or just & fair comparison.
You may say that Pac is really picking up the left overs of Floyd if they have enter the same div at the same time but its not.
Floyd enter 2005 while Pac entered late 2008, see the time difference.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@YoungMurk252 Now w/in this time difference bet. them tell me who really fought a credible, bigger & stronger WW out there in the Div?
Can you tell me why Floyd retired last 2007 when the time Cotto was undefeated & there are lots of big named WW guys out there that was still available for Floyd to fight & considering that there is a rematch bet.DLH that was being made up?
Why he had not defended his SWW crown then if he is saying that there is really no more competition in the WW?
DROC1474 2 months ago
@YoungMurk252 I agree with you,if fighting an opponent not coming off a loss or bad performance was not a issue, then why has he persistently fought them..when there were other alternatives out there that were performing much better at the time.. :) when opponents come off loses or bad perfomance considering their stature.it usually indicates that they arent at their best at that moment in their career..and who better to seize on it than roach ' oscar cant pull the trigger anymore' before fight
narucraze1 2 months ago
@YoungMurk252 why did he refuse to fight Shane after the marga destruction.. instead he chose the losing fighter Margarito and waited until may weather stepped up to the plate and made Shane look silly.. similar case with hatton..mayweather faced an opponent no-one had never seen lose..something i seriously believe manny wouldn't have fought undefeated.. i cant remember the last time his fought someone coming off an impressive win..
narucraze1 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Why he refuse to fight shane after the Marga destruction.HMMM. Dude, it seemed you are diverting this issue who supposed to be address to Floyd. Did you still remember this persistent question by Brian Kenny on his unretirement - why not Manny Pacquiao nor Shane Mosley?
You keep on asking this question of Pac fighting Mosley or even Sergio at 150 but have you even realize to ask this first to your idol who you claimed the best.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Lets digest this further, its not only Pac who refused to fight Shane that time but your idol Floyd as well. We saw this two fighter choose different path to take, Floyd (a certified WW) choose a certified lightweight in JMM while Pac (a newbie WW) choose the bigger experienced WW fighter in Cotto (whom you forgot who beat Shane as well). U r saying that Pac uses weight ceiling to gain advantage on Cotto, lets illustrate this further.
DROC1474 2 months ago
DROC1474 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Now using the same scenario, in your honest & unbiased opinion, who do you really think had gain advantage on this?
You keep on again issuing this left over here, i have already illustrated this to some of the poster here but it seemed you are still persistent to open this up w/c give me no choice but to recycle again as you accused me of on this undying issue of yours w/c main intention is to divert the issue of the real fight that supposed to happen bet. Pac & Floyd.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@narucraze1 As i mention, your left over doesn't bear anything, this was just a smart move by your idol to conceal d TRUTH that he was overturn by Pac in terms of dismantling performance on ds common opponents of them.
After ds 2 performance from Pac, all the world want to see was the fight bet. Floyd & Pac, but it seemed your idol had so many excuses why it was not materialized w/c he instead used JMM while Pac was led to fight Cotto.
Both of them successfully took care of their opponents.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@narucraze1 After Pac's dismantling performance on Cotto, d world crave d ds awaited showdown bet. him & d undefeated Floyd Jr who is boldly telling the media that Pac was just a one dimensional fighter, an easy fight, etc.
With all this pronouncements from Floyd, it was assumed that he really meant to destroy Pac once they fight but it seemed Floyd who had the enormous advantages on Pac was still insufficient w/ds & still need ODST 2 back him up w/c he termed 4 an even & fair playing field?
DROC1474 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Dude, i will stop & pause on this remarks of him of an even & fair playing field, now to ask do you really think that Floyd will be in a disadvantaged position upon facing Pac? if you say so, in what ground? & by saying this that just contradict to what Floyd had been saying all along.
This convenient demand or excuse of Floyd is another DIVERTION tactic that finally lead us to a real MAN to MAN fight bet. them INSIDE THE RING.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Now w/this hesitation on Floyd, it just shows who is the fighter who really want to prove of fighting a fighter who came from an impressive win.
They are now on equal ground in the WW Div, a right time for them to finally clash but if your guy really true to his intention of fighting Pac, reclaim his throne & finally dominated Pac, why he need to deny the 2nd negotiation & further retired after Pac had already agreed to his ODST?
DROC1474 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Now during his semi retirement, that led Pac to fight two more bigger WW in Margarito & Mosley, w/c again shows dismantling performance on the said 2 fighters. Now here is Floyd again announcing his return but instead of finally fighting Pac, he choose VO w/c again by FACTS showed that Pac's name was being used by Floyd by saying in front of d worldwide media that Pac was next, only to deny later that he said it.
Again, ill stop on this. who is the sane man who will believe him now?
DROC1474 2 months ago
@narucraze1 It doesn't stop there, during his post fight interview, a reporter ask him again another question related to fighting Pac but instead of finally answering & fuel us hope, he dodged the said question & divert to his tactic of lashing on both Arum & Pac instead & boldly claimed that he don't need Pac fight just to generate big money fights w/c again he contradicted 2 weeks b4 Pac & JMM fight.
DROC1474 2 months ago
@narucraze1 Dude, since he start again challenging Pac, i would agree w/you that i also had been happy hearing it but there are still some doubt about the veracity of Floyd's statements.
Now what i'm seeing now was the repeat of what had transpired on the first & second negotiation, Floyd started it all then Pac & 'Arum response, the denial that such negotiation exist like in the 2nd negotiation.
Now to further seal this fight, Pac had made a bold move to finally give in to Floyd's demands.
DROC1474 2 months ago
