her voice is gorgeous BUT 1. is way too slow 2. she shouldn't look like a scary grandma (personal appearance is WAY important for singers- you have to look just pleasant to the eye as you would sound to the ears) 3. she shouldn't just stare at the music- there is no connection to the audience plus holding the music is just tradition, she's supposed to have it memorized

not what i would expect from a singer that should have much experience
