There isn't such thing as stolen anything on the web, the video footage is owned by some broadcast company, the song is owned by someone (lady gaga and team), so the person who created the original video (editing,etc) wasn't seeking permission from the above parties to do so, so sharing/uploading a video on the web is public interest. Just be happy there are lots of copies of this video on youtube for people to find and watch.
