@HeIIvisPresley star manager? he was a first team coach... no managerial experience and he should have went back to that role after a brief stint as caretaker.. im more worried that newcastle has lost a cracking coach who had the respect and belief of the players... a manager is not supposed to be 'close' with the players they are there to make the tough decisions. the coaching staff are there to inspire and develop. Hughton was excellent at that.
