this guy is singing more like hindko and mirpuri people. where there is strong pashtun ancestory and historical settlements.

and taking mianwali is niazi pashtun and awan (alvi) area and borders nwfp these people are probably hindko than saraiki.

Saaraiki contains sindhi n punjabi words which themselve contain persian arabic n other words...so its a mixture of alot of languages...anyway saraaki has one of sweetest accent...n now its upto u...u may take it as a diff. language itself or even another accent of punjabi cz its completely understandable for a punjabi person as well.
