The whole point of the event is to make a display of our support for pot...I always go to parliament because that is the place the statement is best made
flowsfinesse i highly doubt that considering 1. this video was tooken before the peak hour of 420 on parliament hill and 2. since theres two hills people in ottawa go to, parliament and majors both of which had a good population of people
