If you actually saw the clip of Neda Agha Soltan from the beginning where she is still in the car you would have come to a different conclusion. Her killer did apologize, yes, but he was still militia, that was confirmed. I didn't see anyone else with guns. The bullet came out of the crowd; no one knew who shot her for weeks.
