Carl weathers really shines in this film. I think it is the best of the apollo films. His acting in parts, I, II and!V were also phenomenal but you really get a glimpse of his inner being in this film more than any other and it is apparent with every line he delivers that he is one hell of an underrated actor. I would almost define it as ultra-acting because you forget he's acting at all!

Ali said he would destroy Wepner in 2 rounds, but Ali only won by KO in the last 20 seconds of the final round. The first Rocky movie is based on that fight
