This is clearly a response posted by the Chinese internet police. China uses horrendous means to oppress the Uyghurs and other minorities and tries to justify this through various propaganda methods.

The only difference between modern day China and Stalinist Russia is that China has experienced more economic growth. Everything else is the same - it is run by a single party dictatorship, those who oppose the state get killed, and most of the people are dirt poor and uneducated.
