  • hello. i also have this type of tv. funny thing is i think they removed the favorite channel option or "previous channel" option where u can just skip between two channels with just pressing a single button and not having to type the actual channel. or maybe i havent just figured it out yet. PLS PLS PLS HELP. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO IT.

  • This TV is like looking in a mirror

  • love how your dog comes and watches the tv too lol!

  • does it have optical out?

  • now this tv is 429

  • im getting out

  • dude i got the same tv and im having trouble with a hdmi port that apper in color grey and im not able to use it dou you know what causes this?

  • I didn't mind the sound. It's got a built in equilizer so you can play with the settings until it sounds right

  • cute dog lol

  • Just bought same tv but 1080p for only £499. Never bought a 42" or plasma before and i'm really happy with it.

Paid an extra £130 for 5 year gaurantee to be on safe side. But even at £630 it's still quite cheap. And i don't have to worry about burnout, faults or accidents for atleast 5 years.

  • get a 1080p TV LCD, Plasmas break and they get too hot

  • have had any problems with the tv ?

  • Nice tv set. I got the 46pz80 which is fantastic! Got also a lg 42pq3000 but pana is a lot better

  • cosco SUCK

  • you say umm.. and uh a awful lot. but cool tv

  • Hey i noticed you had the regular component cables hooked up to that TV. You should definatley get HDMI for the xbox or if it doesnt have it, get a new XBOX with HDMI cuz it really does make a shitload of difference.

  • @SuperJames2point0 It make absolutely no difference. The only difference is that the audio is in with the HDMI instead of using a fiber optic cable, which actually gives you better audio quality. Component can run 1080p even though this TV is only 720p.

  • @AlmostPerfectProd Lol well i do understand about withsound quality, but i just notice that much more differance when im using the HDMI. IDK, it just makes the display and everthing less fuzzy and more defined.

  • @AlmostPerfectProd nice tv man. Would you recommend me getting this tv, or a smaller 32 inch with 1080p for my room?

  • you knoe you can yous that controller as a ps3 controller i dont knoe if x box 360 works

  • Man,I love your Dog!!! and that Dog love our Plasma C10

  • what kind of a dog is that?

  • @zedobernard Part Yorkie, part Poodle.

  • @AlmostPerfectProd

So could you call it a Porky? hehe Sorry couldnt resist

  • got this one

  • Does the tv audio out ports? Because I'm planning on using an hdmi cable(instead of component cables) to plug my xbox into it, and if it doesnt have very good audio I'd want to hook up my own speakers.

  • @nobatadared Just get a receiver and run everything through that.

  • good review, but wheres the Model number?

  • Uuuum... aaammm... aaaaam... uuum... do less drugs.

  • @cipiripper Why do you say that?

  • @AlmostPerfectProd you do a lot of "uuuum", "ammm", "mmmm" in your speech, and the main cause of ums in speech is weed. :)

  • @cipiripper What makes you say that?

  • If I buy this TV and use an HDMI cord for the PS3, will blu ray and ps3 games be in 1080p? Thanks and someone please reply!! :)

  • @renatogilaj97 No it won't. Well this exact TV won't because the TV is only 720p.

  • ur dog loves ur tv!!

  • Dude, I know in the video the TV seemed like it reflected shit loads of light - does it reflect lots of light like a CRT TV, or was just the camera do you think?

  • @iKiwiMetalHead It was just the camera. It reflects hardly any light. There is still a small glare if you have a light shining directly on it but it is still 10 times better than a CRT.

  • @AlmostPerfectProd Lol thank goodness for that =)

  • lol, your dog is funny

  • Also, how do the 360 games look? I havent really ever played a game in HD yet, but is it a drastic change from a standard to an HDTV?

  • @thakornkid Yes, after playing on a 60" 1080p TV for over a year...my friends tv looks like shit. The picture is just so much sharper with hdmi

  • @thakornkid Once you go HD you won't go back.

  • what sound are you useing, nicam, dolby?

  • Same one I got. All I need now is a high definition box

  • im thinking about getting one soon.. the review says that u can plug in a SD card.. . i was wondering if i can play movies on the tv using my 16 GB SD card..

  • @bonnhew on the g10 up yes ,on the others no.

  • no.... only JPEG format on SD card

  • oh man.. its about time they put tat on the new tvs..y do we need to watch dvd anymore when we ga sd cards tat hold like 10 dvds n stuff

  • If i order the hd box is it better than the normal box or I still have to buy the hd channels , thanx

  • If you get the hd box you should get some hd channels for free but if you want all the good channels you gotta get the full hd signal package from your cable company

  • @frankore I am not sure how the company works in your area, just give them a call and ask them.

  • @frankore Yes even though its only 720p, your hd signal will be a lot better than 420p that standard definition is. Get the HD. However not all channels are HD

  • Good vid, but is there any noticeable lag when playing games? Is there a gaming option on the tv? Is there input lag? Thanks

  • If this is the same TV I see on bestbuy it has 600Hz which is an AMAZING refresh rate, the better laptops have a 120Hz refresh rate so there should be no lag or flicker in the screen

  • What is the actual width of the tv? I'm wondering if I can put it on top of an entertainment center in between two speakers.

  • Looks like your dog likes it too lol

  • Can you tell the difference between 720p and 1080p from that tv?

  • @Ro0m309 Yes

  • @agony298 How do you get 1080p on a 720p display? Please respond, thank's.

  • @xxXBlackToothGrinXxx You cant get 1080p out of a 720p display because your tv/monitor only provides 720pixels. You cant get 1080pixels if your tv/monitor can only provide 720pixels. Sorry for the bad news papo

  • @agony298 Yea, that's what i thinking. I misread the comment's on the page. I thought you were telling RoOm309 that it WAS possible(my bad) thank's for the response... peace.

  • you can´t...

  • is true that you can play 1080p resolution? on 720p res. plasma tv?

  • Don't worry about playing games on your tv, this idea of plasma's getting screen burn is a bit of a myth. Do some searches and you'll find confirmation of this. When the very first plasma screens came out there was a small problem with a very few sets that's all. I have had a Panasonic plasma for 6 yrs and have 23days of COD4 under my belt and have never seen even the slightest image retention. I will be buying the UK version (TX-P42V10) in a couple of weeks purely for gaming.

  • Cool I Just Wanted to warn you

  • hasnt it burned in if you play the xbox 360 on it??

  • It hasn't but I only played it on that TV in the video. I have my 360 downstairs. But it hasn't with TV or anything yet.

  • I hope you realize your not supposed to play games on Plasma screens because you'll get a burn-in image which is not fixable, so i'd get insurance.

  • where's a place to buy a mount for the wall for this TV?

  • sweet ima get the 1080p tomorow at best buy for 849.00

  • Nice. That's a pretty good deal.

  • Can you play the PS3 with 1080p even if the plasma is 720p?

  • Not in 1080p. But you can in 720p and/or 1080i.

  • Seems like your dog likes it too :D

Thinking about buying the full hd one, thanks for the review.

  • what that guy name from that movie napoleon dynamite? thats who he sound like

  • these kind of plasmas are supossed to be connected to a sound system...

  • It is now. That video was taken like 10 minutes after we got it out of the box. I will be doing a review of the remote I did an unboxing on and you will see it then.

  • If you ever make another video, try not to say "uhm" all the time :P

  • It was my first I didn't know what to say..lol

  • I got one and its awesome great pic .left dvd paused for 5 hours came back no burn.and sound is great go to menu sort it out. hd quality out of this world .

  • Yeah i love the quality. I have it hooked up to surround sound so i can't really talk about the sound but the picture is great.

  • Oh. Well that is not that bad then.

  • BTW i got the 1080P version

  • Oh well. My uncle has one and his washed out in a couple of days.. Good luck with it though..

  • Ty :P

but its not a big problem its only when i put on HDMI 1 and i havent opend my ps3

  • My got burn in :/ but its only visilbe att dark sections on the screen

  • Do you know like what you were watching when you got it?

  • Do you know like what you were watching when you got it?

  • Disney channell , not me my little brother

so the disney logo got burnt it :/

  • Oh that sucks. Sorry. Do you know how long it was on the channel..

  • my brother usaly wathc the channell a couple of hours but i dont know

  • Oh ok. Well just wondering. Did it wash out?

  • a little bit not all of it
