@moiseswin -barefoot is more challanging, shoes provide more stability, so you have to decide what is gonna be best for that particular workout, but with or without will work

@nw408elixir hey. the technique thats helpful is to make sure your from legs knee does not surpass your toes and you got straigh down, using glues and hamstrings to get you back up..there still may be a little tension on the knee ___BUT search LIFECHANGINC, and see my TOTAL BODY WORKOUT, and i do lunges and ZOOM into the technique...for better understanding---thanks for viewing

@Draganmm, Kudos on the great technique thats where you will see the greatest change in your body- anyway, depends what your going for, to widen your chest i would stay with 3 x10, but for more toning and definition, i would say move up to maybe 6 sets of only 7 and get a good burn. @Freddyliciuos, honestly for your legs if your really working hard 3 weeks, but also know that your eyes may not always catch it, I reccomment if you have a goal, take some " before" and "after shots" in the same pose..search "LIFECHANGINC" for more excerscise ideas...hope that helps.
@1111tyla, hey I want to say I was small too, dont allow that to frustrate you, but honestly, my advice while your still growing is to not be afraid of getting heavy doses of big meals, like BEEF, STEAK and PORK along with your good meats take in "fast food" IN MODERATION to get some size on you, but you have to keep EATING, and snack when your NOT HUNGRY...it wont happen overnight but stay consistant..hope that helps!

I sure will, now the best one I know does include a workout ball so hopefully you have one, but these are catered to increase strength and muscle mass so yea wieght under the proper diet will help you gain.
no offense but only 3 reps of your only body weight is not alot at all. im going to assume you just never bench so you havent attempted higher weight or reps. but this video is loading very slowly for me and unfourntaly i am unable to view it : /.

you should try on avg to get in at least 4 reps of 10-12 of each excersise, 2 to 3times a week alternating days..to allow time for muscle repair!
