If I recall, the chorus is something like E-A-G, the interlude thing/outro is D-G, and the verse is D-G-D-A-E-A-G. For sure though the notes of the song include D,E,A, and G. When Beck hums the outro, I think he hums an F# with some other notes... when I play G on the outro, I drop the low E note to the 2nd fret (F#) while playing G before it switches back to the D chord (the low notes being like: D,D,G,F# for each half note length or whatever).
