  • Shouldnt parked his shit in a loading bay.....but hes a dumbass american so I understand. Ill be glad when the dollar fails as the works reserve. From america, fuck america

  • I drive for ups!!..my co-worker had a accident similiar to this one, but the person was in his parked car when he was hit by my co-worker. he told the driver dont worry about reporting this accident because this was just his old back n forth work truck! the DRIVER did not report the accident to ups. 3 days later the person calls UPS asking them to repair his vehicle!...the driver was fired for not reporting an accident!!! he had 27yrs with company!!!!

  • @wytiki100 Your co-worker is what they call a "liar."

  • @hanshgruber same here (a month late =p) go DHL :D

  • Nice editing... not!

  • well that isnt proof that the fedex hit it doesnt sho what hit it!

  • DO NOT PARK YOUR VAN THERE FREAKING IDIOTS !!!

  • I was a delivery driver since i was 18 and this happens way too often........And the drivers turn their heads most of da time...aand they get away wit it...

  • Ok two things wrong here...

Though it is 99% obvious of what happened, it is not proof positive. The impact is out of the camera's view. The Fed Ex truck is not seen striking the other vehicle.

Second, the vehicle that got hit, should not have been sitting at the loading dock in the first place. It should have been sitting in a regular parking spot in a parking lot!

  • @Irishrockdoc First part. yes you can see it. you can see the front of the truck early pull up and angle to "back in" that would hold up very well in court. Second part irrelevant.

  • @Tyler193 - truth !!!!!

  • That's not fedex it's redex!

  • fuckin fedex fags

  • And the video proves nothing. A car moved, He backed up and docking area was closed or no-one around. In court this tape would prove zero and would be tossed out on the first motion to dismis. Nothing here!

  • @biga87718

you obviously work for fedex if you seriously think he didn't hit that car ;D

  • @biga87718 disagree. watch the video again. You can clearly see the front of the truck when it pulls up and "angled" for the reverse. that absolutely would hold up in court. and damn he nailed it hard!

  • @nerys71 Please...There is NOTHING that shows BEYONG A REASONABLE doubt. That this truck did that. You really think this guy wants to send his lawyers up against a corporations lawyers? I doubt it. You cant see the hit....Judge would toss it out...It is multiple seconds before the fedex truck is even seen backing up...Could have been another car a lawyer would argue.

  • @MrMoBidnizz thankfully civil court does not require beyond a reasonable doubt.

  • @MrMoBidnizz and how much you want to bet I can positively match up the front of that truck with that truck in the video. it would not be very hard.

  • @nerys71 I doubt it. Those gates that hit the front of the car on on many types of trucks, could have been from anywhere. And yesm, civil courts dont require BEYOND a reasonable doubt...But there is 0 way you would win this in court. Im not even a lawyer and I could win this case for FedEX.....Plus, if that guy goes to court....Good luck beating FedExs corporate lawyers.

  • @MrMoBidnizz in small claims court (where this would be handled) fedex would be BARRED from using lawyers. a close up of the video and a picture of the truck in question would seal their fate. No judge would have ANY problem at all coming to the correct obvious and correct conclusion that the fedex truck did it.

You really truly have no idea what your talking about. The evidence is"MORE" than sufficient to show that the fedex truck did it. I have been to small claims often.

  • @MrMoBidnizz Actually the van did not even get hit or pushed backwards. There was an earthquake and the warehouse moved towards the van. End of discussion.

  • @HunterMann hahaha awesome. No arguments here.

  • the date is march 20. thats my sisters birthday

  • you could have stopped the video @ 1:40

  • This doesnt show the fedex truck hitting the other vehicle.

  • loading docks are not parking spaces for smaller vehicles

  • @Tyler193 unless the vehicle belong to the same person the dock does, and there are plenty of unused slots.

  • well what was the none delivery vehicle doing in a truck dock takin up space for and as for the fed ex driver should have been paying attention to both his mirrors as well as when he pulled up to notice the van sitting there

  • FedEx/UPS fire you if you get into an accident. This is the kind of service you get when you might lose your job due to ONE accident.

  • Optimus Prime just sat there....

  • Fedex must use utorent too

  • Well he's just facing a 5$ Ticket and a misdemeanor charge for that, no biggie ^

  • To save your life from precious time...

    0:25 for the hit.

0:45 - 1:35 for the guy parking and leaving again.

    Have a nice day.

The rest is just nothing but the camera sitting there.

  • @ToxicNoxicity thanks i wish I would of read this before watching the video

  • Fedex Sucks!!!

  • Sometimes I do stuff like that on GTA.

  • Bravo FedEX !!

  • yea, just checks his own vehicle and drives away, should be in jail >:(

  • @MrTpengineer least hte idiot got out and put his own picture on film. i still use fedups. DHL not widely available yet.

  • USPS FTW THEY CAN ONLY BE TRUSTED!

  • funny thing is you see the van rock back 5 times. i guess the FedEx driver thought if at first you dont succeed floor the damn thingand do it again

  • It was a clocked truck!

  • This video was at least 2 minutes longer than it needed to be

  • does not hit a truck

  • 0:46 redEx

  • just ship with usps.

  • [Tyrone just backed into Franky Four Fingers' van]

Tyrone: I didn't see it there.

Vinny: It's a four ton truck, Tyrone. Its not as if it's a packet of fucking peanuts, is it?

Tyrone: It was a funny angle.

[All three turn and look back at the truck]

Vinny: It's behind you Tyrone. Whenever you reverse, things come from behind you.

  • @DeeEss81 I fucking LOVE Snatch :D

  • Neat Light Saber

  • So, an hour on YouTube watching delivery footage tonight made me never want to use FedEx or UPS ever again.

  • @hanshgruber try DHL they can break the any land speed record driving thru my neighborhood, and our street are all Dead-end's, less than a mile long. :(

  • @hanshgruber i'm thinking the same thing right about now.. wtf is left?? DHL? xD

  • @hanshgruber you should check out dhl or tnt videoes

  • @hanshgruber Sadly... They all do it. It's the human condition anymore. Few people have any pride in their work, nor do they care about anyone else. Spending too long in jobs they never wanted in the first place, needing money each week just to survive day to day, with lawyers and lobbyist keeping the little guy from ever catching up well enough getting ahead.

  • How the fuck with that open space you hit a vehicle!

  • wtf dude where did y get y driver lic from chump.

  • Inconclusive

  • well, he obviously didn't just "run". He went through with the delivery, and probably told the warehouse manager he "bumped" the van outside. classic

  • If you watch VERY carefully, starting right about 0:23, you can start to see the shadow on the pavement darken as the FedEx truck is backing up. Yes, pretty obvious he hit that truck...

  • at 1:10 when the fedex guy is walking back to his truck he's putting his sunglasses on:

    ''Deal with it''

    Priceless.

  • LMFAO what a fucking IDIOT

  • hahaha blam bitch! Don't park in my dock space. I do the same thing. I bet the van won't be there tomorrow.

  • @sublime929 Not YOUR dock space, you drivers need to learn we own the business

  • 0:57 Its called redEx now :3

  • Comment removed

  • I had no choice but to "Like" this. That's hilarious. He thought about leaving a note, but then he saw how fxcked up the truck was.

  • Plus at about 24 seconds, if you look at the front side of the parked vehicle you can see the shadow of that guy backing up. Then you see the parked vehicle get pushed into the wall. From the time you see the delivery truck stop in the street and begin to back up to the time you see the shadow of him coming back, that proves it was him who did it. If anyone else would have gotten between him and that parked vehicle he would have hit them instead.

  • if the guy did not do anything, then why does he get out of the truck seconds after you see the vehicle that was parked go back and hit the wall, walk back (with his hands on top of his head like "oh shit"), look at the parked vehicle and then at the back of HIS truck and walk back to his truck while putting his hands up again? You may not be able to see it all, but he left without making the delivery he was supposed to. Why?

  • @imnotlookinganyway the second time was to put his sun glasses back on like nothing happened lol

  • Here's how you know the FedEx guy did it... Did he have deliveries to make? Yes? Did he make them then or later? Later? He did it.

  • to the dummy calling other people aka dedb3ar it is a fedex truck look at da side of the car dumbass

  • 0:06 - you see the truck angling wide to pull in backwards

0:42 - truck now comes into view coming in at a angle that shows he was at 1 point lined with the van that was hit and noone would have been able to come straight into the van if he was in the way so it very likely him

1:00 - comes out and checks front then back

1:28 - leaves without dropping anything off even tho he was trying to back in from the start to make a delivery, likely claim he hadn't made that delivery yet so it wasn't him

  • I hope they caught and fire that driver

  • @bus615 Their contractor will. They always do

  • its not fed ex its REDEX look at the back of the truck dummy!

  • Does not hold out in trial at all. Can't see who hit the van. Useless in court.

  • @drstevenrey a lawyer wouldn't have to prove it 100% just enough that it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt it was him and trust me if I can prove it with no law degree or experience the pros will just laugh at how easy this case is

  • What a punk. At least power slide into the side of it.

  • and audio video communications store and they cant afford a surveillance camera with sound?

  • -opens cereal box- -digs for price- OMG!!! MOOOOM!! I GOT A DRIVER'S LICENSE!!

  • I thought FedEx was going to hit the red truck 0-0

  • Look at the word FedEx people. It has an ERROR sign between the EX. They all intended to make errors. LOL.

  • Optimus Prime just sat there...

  • @sameem13 Hahahahaha

  • @sameem13 Hmm you might have been right about Optimus Prime just sitting there. But what if that truck was a Decepticon and Optimus Prime knew it but didn't want to cause any scene. or did i just go too far...?

  • @sameem13

    lololol

  • @sameem13 you got 182 thumbs up!!

  • @aroxalot 195 now, but im wondering why someone else with 55 is the Top Comment. lol! Oh well... =)

  • I call that a love tap. :)

  • Lol... To be a fedex delivery driver you need to do a driving test.. Did he fail?

  • It's an audio video communication store. Did he think it wasn't on video? Why isn't there any audio? Ironic.

  • he could have al least dropped off the package first

  • well if he found the owner like he should have. he probably would have lost his job any way. so hes dammed either way

  • hahahahahah

  • fedex groud doen't owen the trucks that is a contractor of a guy working for a contrator and fedex does very littel training of the drivers in know becuase i used to work their

  • @ripperman7197191 wow yeah, hell, you probably knocked out a bunch of innocent cars while you worked "their" with your "littel" training.

  • @ripperman7197191 and the way you spell proves you worked there!!! try hooked on phonics retard

  • WOW lol this guy really sucks at driving i could've done donuts in that area in my semi lol

  • And sorry for the typos. Type too fast.

  • And Optimus Prime was in the background! Haha! What you don't see when this ends is, Prime rolls out and chases the FedEx driver in an epic scene for Trandformers 4! That was Sam's SUV! ;)

  • I have a lot fo experience with FedEx Ground. This driver did hit the SUV because you can see the roll bar of the FedEx truck in the bottom corner. I would assume one of two things or both ... this guy was not too worried about hitting the vehicle with hiw relaxed his body language was so it tells me he was distracted (phone) or which seems more like it.. the sun was in his mirrors. You can see the sun is behind him. No matter what he was at fault and new it, why he left.

  • The union will get his job back.

  • The funny thing is, there's actually no proof in this video that the fedex truck did it.

  • @JonO387 lol was thinking the same thing..........

  • @JonO387 No proof? The FedEx driver backs up, inspects the vehicle he hit, then drives off. What was he delivering? Nothing, because if he did, that would have proven he was there when the vehicle was hit.

  • @JonO387 actually, look 0:08, u see fedex truck's left side, compare to 1:38

and 0:28 that black pole or what on that black van's roof in the picture, compare to 0:45

with these facts theres enough evidence, keep ur eyes opened ;)

  • @Jekuttaja94 1: that was the right front tire and fender. 2. that's not enough for beyond a reasonable doubt. how do you know there weren't 2 fedex trucks from? i know that i don't know, i wasn't there. why would we be comparing something on the black van's roof to anything? the roof has nothing to do with the hit and run. yes you may have listed some good facts, however, in order to prove anything there must be solid evidence, i.e. paint transfer (dark paint is ez to c on white

  • @DJFrightmare 2 fedex trucks there* or two trucks with the same pole thing or w.e lol. screw yt's length restrictions >_< evidence is different from facts, remember that. evidence allows us to place culpability. facts allow us to rant on and on about whatever.

  • @JonO387 except the guy getting out to look at the damage

  • @GoldenRatioStella that's still not proof that the fedex driver hit the van...

  • @DJFrightmare true but we see him pull over and back up. If he didn't hit the car, he certainly would have seen who did while he was looking in his mirrors. He would have practically had to wait for someone to get out of his way had there been another vehicle involved. I see your point but what are the odds really? The proof may be on the back of the Fedex truck where paint could have been left behind. Lol...who knows and who really cares? Lol Good debate at any rate ;)

  • @GoldenRatioStella his movement after the actual incident has nothing to do with the collision. the video can only prove that he left the scene. i was being hypothetical with the "second truck" example lol. This evidence tape presents circumstantial evidence that can be tied to hard evidence (the paint transfer/damage, once again), which could possibly add up to enough evidence to charge the driver of the fedex truck. but you're right, this is youtube.. WHO CARES?!?! lol

  • @DJFrightmare Touché. You're right. I don't really know that much about it all.You are a pretty smart DJ.

  • @JonO387 Actually if you look closely at the left side of the screen when the van is pushed backwards, you can see the right handle bar of the truck as it tries to park where the van is (0:27 to 0:30). And then there's the fact that the FedEx driver goes to check the damage he just inflicted.

  • @FrenchCrawler Agood lawyer could get around both of those things.

  • @JonO387 watch?v=jb2ZdvMPwug

  • Search for:

RE: FEDEX HIT & RUN VIDEO

  • @JonO387 When the truck moves back and hits, you can see partially the handle of the fedex truck.

  • @DevinRAR Can you prove that?

  • @JonO387 The reaction of the driver is suspect enough

  • @JonO387 Plenty of circumstantial evidence...at 6 seconds we see him nose into view, begins reversing, wheels turn to a trajectory towards the van's position...he goes out of view a moment, then the collision...back into view again, stops apparently for no reason, walks back and inspects van quickly...doesn't pick up/drop off or even look at his vechile... why reverse in at all...sure, there's no "actual" proof...only enough circumstantial evidence(including gps tracking) to get him convicted

  • @JonO387

You dont get out of your truck with your hands on your head and look at the back of another parked vehicle if you haven't hit it ROFL.

  • @JonO387 TRUE 100%

  • @JonO387 Well, I think there's reasonable suspicion, considering you first see the truck stop in the street, then you can see the right-most handrail when he hits the van, and then when he finally parks he gets out and looks all around. I wonder if that would be enough to "prove" it or not...

  • @JonO387 It's pretty obvious he did it. LOL

  • @JonO387 The fact that he parked without doing his delivery maybe?

  • @JonO387 at 26 seconds you see the handle on the back of the fedex truck.

  • @JonO387 Not true, this evidence is circumstantial and would hold up to any reasonable doubt. Nice try though.

  • HE'S FIRED , 4 SURE.

  • Just another reason why FedEx sucks balls:

    /watch?v=BY6G88pfIfY

pass this on..make sure everyone knows they're wack.

  • wait... am i blind? i dont see a crash

  • @ShiroKado watch the van on the left at the beginning

  • @njkar oooo lolololololol

  • am i the only one who doesnt see the crash?

  • two wide open docks and he fucking crashes......

  • who ever the driver is...he/she is probably asian :P

  • Comment removed

  • Let's see, I have two wide open docks but I think I'll back in the dock where the car is parked...he won't mind.

  • this is why they put a new invention on trucks called mirrors. i think they need teach people not just how to drive but how to use everything on the damn thing as well

  • I WAS A SUB CONTRACKED LEASEING MY OWN FLAT BED TAMUM DUMP TRUCK DELIVERING LUMBER GETING PAID BY THE LOAD AND MILES AND TIME WHICH WAS A PRETTY GOOD DEAL I ALWAY CLEAERD $2,000 OR MORE EVERY WEEK AND THE ONES THAT HAD BRAINS STAYED AROUND AND GOT WORK IF ANY OF US DID SOMETHING LIKE THIS WE WOULDNT GET CANNED BUT BUT YOU WOULD GET LESS WORK UNTILL YOU SAID FUCK IT IM OUT THE POINT IS EVERY BODY MAKES MISTAKES BUT YOU MAN UP AND TAKE THE HITS ITS HOW YOU LEARN FROM IT NOT LIKE THIS SHIT HERE

  • while other contractors r driving carefully others r just diggin in boxes on wat to take home today! Its really sad on how most of this contractors have to hold humiliation just to keep their jobs!!! medley wat a poor lack of profesionalism from managers u know who u r!!!heard a manager down at medley was suspended for not been profesional and was brought back! Was this driver giving a chance or suspended?

  • feel sorry for all of this sub contractors who cant really do much on defending themselfes when an incident occurs. they r threaten by loosing their jobs or treated like shit down at medley in miami. What should be done is have the big bosses come down at medley and question contractors on how they r mistreated!!! fed ex ground wat a sad experience. Ups rules!!! union baby u guys needed!!!

  • well while observing the video looks to me the driver might had gotten nervous and decided to take off!My question isif was question by managers or supervisors on this incident or was he just fired on the spot by the poor lack of profesionalism from supervisors or managers!

  • Oh...my tractor is a Freightliner(1998) Ours are 1998..The newer types that we have been getting since 2001 are the "Century" class. 98% of our original cabovers both freightliner and International are all gone.(Thankfully!) We do have Freightliner straight trucks that stations like mine use for Hvwt pick ups. DGO(Courier type employees) do not usually have these type of trucks unless they do bulk pickups. The van pictured is a Grumman. Express and Ground couriers use the same type of trucks.

  • @WoodedAcres I just drive the box trucks, no CDL 500 700 1000, there are many types, engines and transmissions by different companies... you are an employee of fedex right? if you work for EXPRESS, GROUND IS Independent contractor business model.....the point is the quality of drivers between EXPRESS and GROUND is the issue. any way.......................grumman is the body of the truck? rolls royce engine? trannsmission,........ this and that and that and this. good luck...

  • @jimkay66

Yeah, I figured you worked for Ground. Grumman is the body. The motors? I don't know that. I'll ask one of the mechanics next week.(I'm on vacation right now. Hehehe) You don't need a CDL(Class A) to drive a Grumman/box type van. CDL is determined by GVW. Here in California(I think this is really weird)you can have a Class C(normal license) with a CDL endorsement. If I understand it correctly a driver needs that in order to carry Haz. I have a Class A of course.....

  • Thx for your reply, but your incorrect on a number of issues. Our vans both Express and Ground are Grummans. I believe the model #'s are like W300-W600. SOME new trucks have backing cameras, but not all AND most stations do not have all new trucks in fact I know of none that do. As far as the cheating goes I agree of course. Btw, I have worked for Express as a Tractor Trailer Driver(RTD) for going on 14 yrs. I drive from SD-LAX 5-6 nights a week. I pull out of 4 DGO stations 1 RT and 2 ramps.

  • That's a p-1000 freightliner comes stock with backing camera, you can see it in the video above the rear cargo door, small white box. was it working? I don't know...DOT I know, I know this..... and that. hours of service, if I had a dollar for everyday my numbers were fudged by contractors and fedex managers, in the last seven years...It's not about the proceeedurrssss. it's about cheating. this driver tried to cheat, why? I don't know....do you know what fedex home delivery is?

  • hes from florida they give driving license to any body

  • Optimus Prime is one of the witnesses.

  • Figured he wouldnt get caught b/c the back of the truck said RedEX @1:30 when he's driving away

  • No doubt this was a moron driver........No doubt. FED EX Ground can not get quality drivers in the trucks..... FEDEX GROUND is a cut rate Delivery Service using a contractor business model. drivers are not employees of fed ex... It says that right on our badges...... I understand FEDEX GROUND has rules... but they over load the trucks, set the stop thresholds too high, dispatch the trucks late....Get a moron like this behind the wheel , and this is what happens. Hope he got caught?

  • FEDEX Trucks have backing cameras...... He just was not concentrating....could be sleep deprivation....no union no rules......Fedex ground is not responsible for damage. the contractor is.......

  • @jimkay66 Fedex does indeed have rules, including maximum hours driving per day, and NEVER fail to report an accident. If this was reported to Fedex, or if there was damage to the truck and he could not account for it where he reported the incident, he is no longer driving for Fedex. There are morons working for any business, but Fedex doesnt tolerate it.

  • @DougKing2b

It's not a Fed Ex rule technically. It's DOT and is called HOS, or hours of service.

  • @jimkay66

Uhh, I don't think Ground has cameras on their trucks and not every Express truck does either.

  • @WoodedAcres that is a p-1000 freightliner, comes with a backing camera stock, was it working? I don't know. I know all the department of transportation rules DOT, state laws ect. are they obeyed? are numbers fudged? 7 years on the inside is experience i have with fedexGROUND and the contractors that work with FEDEXGROUND. lot's of dirty play.......99.7 is the number to get their bonus..some do anything to get it, including cheating.

  • Makes you wonder what damage hes done off camera

  • "redex" what kind of fake ass ghetto van is that

  • whats the difference between fedex ground and express?

  • @cheeseburger9418 Express is air. Flown overnight then transfered to short haul trucks for local delivery. Fedex Ground is ground all the way. Long haul truck to depot, then smaller courier straight trucks. Express is faster and more expensive

  • @DougKing2b ohh ok thanks

  • Amazing... He must have been drunk or something...

  • Aaaaand, that's why you're taught to never back to the passenger's side.

  • caught on tape - caught on tape - caught - on - tape!!!

    FAIL

  • skip to 0:26 and stop in 1:45
