a good salesperson will make 35k-50k per year

a great salesperson whom has customers taht love him and he remains in contact with them with repeat and referal business can make 6 figures // more than half the people who try auto sales fail miserably becuase they refuse or do not have the skill set to put the time into developing long term relationships with their customers. I know salespeople with 6th grade educations whose customers love them that have made over 100k per year for 20 yrs

Whatever the Gm feels like you should make it has nothing to do with hours of service, more of splits, fees and fi and the paper the deal is written on. This is a sales manager in trainning for pencil of deals. Think he talks to the saleman who make him money in the same way (drug pusher gone organized nothing more)
