You obviously can't predict injuries, or Justin Harrell never would have been drafted that high. I thought it was a decent pick at the time. In the short bursts that I have seen him play, he is a pretty decent interior lineman. It's not to us fans to decide what his fate truly is. When the lockout is over and the training camps start back up, then we can all see what happens to him.

wow,lol. i remember doing the exact same thing last draft. in hind sight, i think it was a pretty good call seeing that corey williams left for the browns. with harrel, we still mantain our depth on our dl. i'm excited to see how our 2008 draft works out this season.

Packer fans need to cool it. They got a great player. Harrell would have been a top ten pick and the top defensive tackle in the draft had he not gotten hurt. Oh, and he played in the biggest game of the year with a badly torn bicep muscle that he knew he was going to have surgery on. He is all heart will give to you what Tommie Harris has given to Chicago and Kevin Williams has given to Minnesota. Boo him after he makes the Pro Bowl in two years.

This can be seen by seeing that the incoming money is not being paid to players, as they are the cheapest team in paying players in the NFL... Thompson is building this team the right way, by investing heavily in the draft instead of blowing money on overpriced free agents. After their cap purge of a couple years ago, I think Thompson has done one of the best jobs in the NFL and I'm not even a Packer fan.
