interesting thing when buying mac pro

Next can you do comparison on Dell XPS 730 or better yet an Aleinware ALX Area 51 or Voodoo PC, Falcon Northwest etc... All these High end PC can cost alot too and also NO normal user will not need a Raid card or 4TB of Memory and that quadro is for only scientific stuff not for normal use the 8800 will do just fine and my Mac Pro didn't cost $20,000 either I payed $4400 with a student discount, I don't know what country your in but that's crazy if you spend that much on a computer PC or Mac.

shure i might due the alien ware but you hae to think that 32 gigs of ram is about 9,100 dollars and everything else was just meant to show how expensive it can be plus you never know how much ram you will need in the future just keep upgrading

Personally no normal Mac Pro user like myself and other home users don't need 32GB of ram unless your film production or heavy duty rendering which not everybody does that kind of stuff the base model with 2.8GHz dual-quad core with 2GB of ram, 8800GT,superdrive, one320GB 7200-rpm 500gb HD, you can go with a Dell 24'inch and you will spend less than $4,000 for a normal user, and plus don't ever buy ram from Apple most users buys it at OWC their less expensive.
