Very cool. My Mum was born in Millom in 1932 but grew up in Preston. She moved to NZ in her 20's. My Grandmother was Hannah Margaret Farragher and I believe this is a local family although originally from the Isle of Man. Millom looks like a gorgeous town.
Yeah this is a nice little video and song on Millom, I used to live in Millom on Duke St I owned & ran the pizza shop on Lapstone Rd. I lived in Millom from 1985 until 1994.I have good friends Alan& Colin Bennet, 18 Victoria St Millom. I now live in Canada but remember the good times in Millom & Haverigg and all the graet towns folk. so have a great Xmas. Peace. From Steve Black
