Well there's not really as much difference between mac and pc as the fan kids say of either company (they are made out of the same hardware made by the same company's). My intention was for my mac to be a dedicated audio machine but it plays games better than my pc does due to it having better hardware. there is no point in me not selling my PC when my mac can play all my games on max settings fine.

It looks like the kind of game where you have to shoot someone like a billion times to kill someone (of course, exaggerating) and the kind of game where the person with the largest wallet gets the best guns, from what I've heard. And htis is nothing like Counter-strike or TF2 because this is also a Third-person shooter. I don't see any tactics based gameplay at all either, I just see a bunch of people running straight at eachother and praying others die before they do.

Its a lot of fun . If you like guild wars arena , wow battlegrounds , tf2 , planetside without the empty space and imbalanced fights , understand that the world is in chaos and that you cant wander around outside picking logs with your magic missle and are a mercenary agent that now has the luxury of a hideout and gets dropped into action...unreal tournament with the chance to look pimp while slaying countless terds that complain... and actually get more than 15fps.. yes.. you will like it.

This game's fun, been playing since they started closed beta. The action feels a lot more fast paced than most of the player videos lead you to think(sorry to say, most are mediocre players). Being able to have different builds with a variety of play styles and Agency vs Agency will keep me hooked for a long time.

Yes, it will work great as long as you have the computer specs to run it. Bootcamp will boot your iMac up just like it was a PC, so any game that you can play on a PC can be played on a Mac. And, my Mac usually runs them faster than a tricked out gaming PC.

@ubersponge Your experience has been different than mine then. To me, macs have been difficult to say the least, I use many third party appliances that just aren't compatible with a mac. But they work just fine with my PC, and my PC (which I've invested a pretty penny in) runs much better than any mac I've used. It definitely isn't environmentally friendly though, sucks up more power than any other single appliance in my house haha, but its worth it.

It gives you access to the persisitent conquewst mode which allows you to make agencies and fight for global domination, that's it but it;s basically what makes the game so fucking awesome

I was able to play for about an hour last night when the preorder beta opend up but like everyone who was tryin to play knows the server was all jacked up and when they were up was acting crazy....but when I did actually get to play I thought it was fantastic this is the first MMO FPS i ever played but I had a blast. I have yet do PVP but I like the idea of the PVE ques and the PVP ques. Deffitly brings small group cohesion together to be successful which is awsome. I cant wait for launch.

@miekkakuu I think that's pretty close, but I'm pretty sure you get everything a normal MMO would have with the no subscription fee, like all the levels, player vs Environment, PvP, most of the items... etc and then I think when you pay for conquest, then you get the massive 60 v 60 PvP and the global control thingy, plus crafting and "elite" armor and crap... I think.

GA is a MMOFPS with RPG style leveling that runs on Unreal Engine 3. And yes it is ALOT different.

basically the player to player function acts alot like world of warcraft. Instead of guilds there are agancies. You choose your class and go down one of the skill trees much like wow, but ultimately it depends on your FPS skill. So theres like cities and instances and stuff you can go to with your friends and you can raid other agencies too

This was just the soldiure class. the green one was medic, the purple one was recon, and the ones with a arm on their backs( i didnt see them in this video) are the robotics. Medic = healing and poison Recon = stealth, backstabs, and sniping Robotic = turrets, shields only u and allies can shoot through, robot pets, and robots you control remotley from a safe place, which usually has big guns or other advantages
