  • What begins at 1:26 is the most perfect passage of indie guitar I've ever heard, to this day.

Have revered this album for many years.

  • yay! a woman

  • I saw this band live twice in the 80's - yo la tengo- opened up for them .. they played for nearly 2.5 hours including many of their own songs like "deep Fascination" and "only Life" then about 4 V.U. covers including "what goes on" and "Herion" plus stones songs like "paint it black" and "it's all over now".. very cool to see in front of maybe 100 people!!

  • I love the way this song builds up... they were one of those undiscovered jewels of the 80's Lou Reed (and many other legends like Mick Jagger) are proud!!

  • One of the very best albums of the '80's. Peter Buck's production style and sensibilities really show through on this track. Thanks for the memories.

  • sounds like Velvet Underground

  • awesome song and band!

  • That 'weightless', floating, clear guitar sound is beautiful!

    Great band.

  • non ce n'è per nessuno.

  • Driving back from Memphis (graceland, sun studios, mlk assassination pre-memorial site) to Chicago, 1989

  • ONE OF THE BEST INDIE SONGS EVER!

  • awesome! thanks for the upload

  • Love it. Thanks.
