Digital coloring with Photoshop part 1

Hi, I have 2 questions, how long did it take you to do the original line art sketch and how long to to the coloring? Thanks!

can u please tell me which tool did u use to soften the shadows after you applied the hard shadow, was it a preset brush with 0 hardness and low opacity?
