Well, to be fair, I spent two years in China, and cool stuff like this never just happened. It was always a special event that I had to go to. Where I lived, the sun set at 4, and the entire city went to sleep at 8. Possibly the most boring place I've ever lived. China's awesome, but outside the big cities, and even within them unless something big is happening, it's a damn dull place.
