0-1 Mind Rune, Chaos Rune, Death Rune, Coins and Barrow pieces only

2+ Blood Rune are possible drops

3+ Bolt Racks are possible drops

5+ Half keys are rare possible drops

6+ Dragon Medium helms are rare possible drops

That's about all that killcount changes. And if it does effect anything's amount, It is said to be Runes only.
