Ive just wanted to mention that ive struggled with flexibility ALL MY LIFE. I have truly found an amazing gift thats worthwhile Bless you Freddie Lee :)
At least in my case, I find stretching to be very important for calfs and doing rotations of the arms are great for shoulders, before doing chest pushes at the gym.

Yeah, they say about stretching that you "use it, or lose it" I'm glad I did some
stretching during my yoga times.
Your videos will remind me about the importance of doing more stretching,
which require lots of patience.
I usually do strech before or after I run, of when I go hiking/scrambling or play backetball or swim.
