  • At least in my case, I find stretching to be very important for calfs and doing rotations of the arms are great for shoulders, before doing chest pushes at the gym.

  • Yeah, they say about stretching that you "use it, or lose it" I'm glad I did some

    stretching during my yoga times.

    Your videos will remind me about the importance of doing more stretching,

    which require lots of patience.

    I usually do strech before or after I run, of when I go hiking/scrambling or play backetball or swim.
