@Alkaizer87 Dude really? This video obviously is only meant to show you how to get that Harry Potter effect on the text. If you want to learn in detail what all these things do then go to school and get certified, read the PDF manual that came with your version of photoshop. Or spend more time looking up tutorials and messing with the program yourself so you can understand it better.

I have a text field...but when I type, the text doesn't show up. If I exit the field, the title in my layers panel is that of which I typed but I cannot see the text. .

I have changed the size of the text and color and pretty much everything I can think of...Why is this happening?

I restarted my computer and restarted photoshop but it's still the same.

After you downloaded the font.

1. Copy or cut the font file

2. go to My computer

3. Go to your local disc (C:)

4. Go to the folder "windows"

5. Go the the folder "Fonts"

5. Past your harry potter font into the "Fonts" folder

In windows XP there's a font pre-installed named parry hotter, in this font there's one mistake, in the xpfont there isn't (just tellin') :p
