i have to say dbrb2 is better in gameplay, graphics are at tie ,and even though i like dbz story way better than narutos story a.k.a. countless fillers but unfortunatley dbrb2 doesnt have that.

ahh man hard choice, i got both games and i like both , dbz game series basically has gameplay better and more complicated than uns2 so you can do bunch of moves instead of just reasegan, the story gets really old though, uns2 really good story, gameplay is ok (hate spammers) except boss fights their awesome, graphics same, both are great games if i wanted to play a friend or online i would go with dbz, but i find my self play uns2 though ;P

naruto is my favorite anime but i have both of these games and i prefer dbzrb2 over storm 2 because i like fast pace fighting not that substitution bullshit every attack i make
rb2 has improved as far as graphics and gameplay but its still the same old same old they keep making new dbz games starting u out with a little bit of characters and going from there what they need to do is make tenkaichi 3 for the ps3 and change up the story etc that would be amazing. rb2 is just like tenkaichi 3 it just doesnt have the characters. dbz has lasted so long as a game bc how big it is naruto i dnt think will last as long they got like what 3 naruto games? dbz has over 40

@MasterJazz09 Naruto rules the anime market? It only rules the anime market in the western world. In Japan and the eastern parts of the world (where most anime fans live), DBZ is VERY popular there while Naruto's popularity is average or dead.
I like both games and I have both. Now, Ive liked DBZ and had every single game since the ps2 and psp, but I have more fun playing naruto. I can do a couple of vs matches on naruto but when I try on dbz I get bored while im choosing my character. If they had DB and GT it would been more fun
After playing NS2, it start to get tedious one of your average fighting games. Apparently the game is unbalance and pretty gave the characters their exactly justu style. though I perfer ninja storm 1 over 2. I literally can't complete a entire round with time running out.
Where as dbz has been, that rush to kick ass and stay alert. Really only fans of each would enjoy either one. Though as far as gameplay goes DBZ take the cake
Of course I have. DBZ is the most best high speed rushing fighting game ever. Street Fighter is the best tactical fighting game, because that game requires nothing but skill. As far as the best fighting game, can't really crown one as the best. Because there's tekken, Dead or alive, and marvel vs capcom also.
@DaMarth90 im a fan of both, played various versions of both games. As for the overall gameplay, money's worth, objectivity,play back value, and non-fan playability, Naruto takes the cake easily. The game has simple, but rewarding strategic gameplay. Beautiful graphics, nice storyline, and versitile character roster. Where as DBZ characers in RB2 all have the same moves, play the same, and overly complicated controls where button masing will suffice. IGN gave Naruto 8.0 score- DBZ-5.5.
@ikcjjtt And it doesn't matter what IGN gave the games, Naruto wans't near as good as people expected, the graphics aren't near as good as RB2, the gameplay is too simple not to mention the replay value of it isn't near as long and RB2, and RB2 has more characters which will assure for great replay value, and ability to try new attacks, and different gameplays.
@ShadowNightGamer Playing with 103 different characters that all play the same with the same looking attacks and attack styles isnt worth replaying or even unlocking. It isnt even worth playing when you can pick up an older DBZ game and get the same experience at a fraction of the price. The # of characters and modes doesnt make a game great. Street fighter is a legendary game with less characters and modes than both games, but gets higher scores than both because of the diversity of it.

@ShadowNightGamer IGN reviews gave the same arguement as you did, but even they would rather have 10 different /unique characters over 500 similiar ones. These DBZ games are recycling the same crap over and over again while cutting the storyline back to create even more of the same shit, as if we have never seen the buu saga or GT. Naruto scored higher across the board of reviews on several sites, and in all fairness its because its still ongoing, so there is something new there everytime.

I am a DB, DBZ, kinda DBGT fan to the fullest. Grew up watchin it on toonami. Gotta say it'll always b the better franchise no one could honestly compare. But i gotta say im looking forward more to getting Ultimate ninja Storm 2. Raging Blast 2 is good n all but the turn off is that theres no story mode but sick gameplay at that. As 4 the last thing ima say since dbz started in 1983 and were now in 2010 about to be in 2011 thats 27 years going on 28 that Dbz is still mentioned as the best. Naruto has a long way 2 go before they can even be worthy enough 2 be mentioned in a sentence with Dbz lets see if naruto is still mentioned 27 years from now like dbz is not 2 mention the fact that dbz is stil being aired today now as DBallKai "Newly Revised" I doubt naruto will ever last that long or have half the success dbz has.

You are correct. Raging Blast 2 is indeed out classed by Naruto Shippuden Ninja Storm 2 in general. But in my opinion both games are awesome. Both still need improvement. And to be honest, I still don't own any of the current DBZ games, only rent them. As for tenkaichi 3, still own that one nonetheless. Just hope that the games can improve and deliver what the audience wants.

I'm a BIG FAN of both animes. I've been watching DB for 20 years and Naruto since 2003.
I love Storm 2. Its fighting system is simple but you have to strategize. Deidara can be easily beaten at close range. Planning attacks 2 and 3 steps ahead is what I love the most.
RB2 does not have me excited from the demo. I just don't like the game play yet.
Storm adv. mode sucks but bosses are great. I'd like both games to have Broken Bond adv. mode
Ok ive been a fan of naruto and dbz since they both came out. But first of all if you played RB1, youll we see that RB2 is almost completely different. I had RB1, i can say the improvement is even better then DBZT1 and 2 combined. RB2 is like on a whole another level then the first 1, and it actually has 100 characters, not 90.
And as for NS2, it doesnt suck. thats what i thought at first but then when i compared it to NS1 i was like, this owns the first one. The first one you was in the village the whole time. In naruto storm 2, they basically spreaded out the space and use it to make new places like, the rain village, the north, south, uchiha hideouts and other places. And its also more like the ps2 versions, which make it more beast. So I say naruto and Dbz are even because of the tremendous changes.
played raging blast 2 and storm 2 demo back to back and raging blast is faster and can feel davastation. storm 2 so boring and soft.
storm 2 normsl attack is so soft... cant feel the impact. its like hitting wind instead of oponent. it seems that the epic cinematic fight is masking its poor gameplay. super simple gameplay and hitting wind.
Both are great in my opinion. Each game has its unique thing and people have they personal favorite but in the end both games are great. My personal favorite is Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2!
when it comes to anime/manga, I like both. But when it comes to this two games, I prefer storm 2 over raging 2, just because this dbz game don't feel like I'm playing a dbz, many dbz aspects were left out on this game and previous "flying around game version" (I forgot their names)

Storm 2's got the interactive battles plus covers the story past the point in the anime and Raging Blast 2 has the shitload of characters and explosive gameplay...people complain about RB2's graphics, but as my friend said the other day, its just a BETA vid. Plus each copy of Raging Blast 2 will come with the completely reanimated "Eradicate the Saiyans" OVA. Storm 2 will also incorporate team attacks, as well as coming out first .
@blazingrasengan93 but both games would be better if they covered more than just one series...like if Raging Blast covered from the original DB to GT, like in Tenkaichi 3, and if Ninja Storm covered from the first episode of the original Naruto up to future episodes of Shippuden, similar how the Narutimate Accels covered the Shippuden story, as well as incorporating from the first episode to the Naruto vs Sasuke finale and the Kakashi Gaiden episodes.

I like both series so much, i think dragonball has more of a comedic side to it and naruto has more of a drama side. Dragonball and Dragonball Z always made me laugh, naruto makes me laugh on occasion and usually it isnt meant to be funny, then in naruto they have sad music and kill people off, while in dragonball Z it doesnt matter if they die. Neither win because they are two completely different styles of anime, game wise I will buy them both and probabaly put same time into both

Well i plan to buy both games since im a big fan of both Naruto and DBZ. Have to say im looking forward to Storm more then Raging Blast.. Raging Blast 1 wasnt that great (I liked Tenkaichi 3 way more) and Storm looks amazing! I cant wait to see the new episode or movie or whatever you want to call it, in Raging Blast 2 :) It sounds intresting and im looking forward to it!

rb2 has improved as far as graphics and gameplay but its still the same old same old they keep making new dbz games starting u out with a little bit of characters and going from there what they need to do is make tenkaichi 3 for the ps3 and change up the story etc that would be amazing. rb2 is just like tenkaichi 3 it just doesnt have the characters. dbz has lasted so long as a game bc how big it is naruto i dnt think will last as long they got like what 3 naruto games? dbz has over 40

I like both games and I have both. Now, Ive liked DBZ and had every single game since the ps2 and psp, but I have more fun playing naruto. I can do a couple of vs matches on naruto but when I try on dbz I get bored while im choosing my character. If they had DB and GT it would been more fun

Naruto is only good at telling stories.
DBZ is king of fighting.
After playing NS2, it start to get tedious one of your average fighting games. Apparently the game is unbalance and pretty gave the characters their exactly justu style. though I perfer ninja storm 1 over 2. I literally can't complete a entire round with time running out.
Where as dbz has been, that rush to kick ass and stay alert. Really only fans of each would enjoy either one. Though as far as gameplay goes DBZ take the cake

As far as the best fighting game, can't really crown one as the best. Because there's tekken, Dead or alive, and marvel vs capcom also.

@DaMarth90 im a fan of both, played various versions of both games. As for the overall gameplay, money's worth, objectivity,play back value, and non-fan playability, Naruto takes the cake easily. The game has simple, but rewarding strategic gameplay. Beautiful graphics, nice storyline, and versitile character roster. Where as DBZ characers in RB2 all have the same moves, play the same, and overly complicated controls where button masing will suffice. IGN gave Naruto 8.0 score- DBZ-5.5.

@ikcjjtt And it doesn't matter what IGN gave the games, Naruto wans't near as good as people expected, the graphics aren't near as good as RB2, the gameplay is too simple not to mention the replay value of it isn't near as long and RB2, and RB2 has more characters which will assure for great replay value, and ability to try new attacks, and different gameplays.

@ShadowNightGamer Playing with 103 different characters that all play the same with the same looking attacks and attack styles isnt worth replaying or even unlocking. It isnt even worth playing when you can pick up an older DBZ game and get the same experience at a fraction of the price. The # of characters and modes doesnt make a game great. Street fighter is a legendary game with less characters and modes than both games, but gets higher scores than both because of the diversity of it.

@ShadowNightGamer IGN reviews gave the same arguement as you did, but even they would rather have 10 different /unique characters over 500 similiar ones. These DBZ games are recycling the same crap over and over again while cutting the storyline back to create even more of the same shit, as if we have never seen the buu saga or GT. Naruto scored higher across the board of reviews on several sites, and in all fairness its because its still ongoing, so there is something new there everytime.

Street fighter, Mortal Kombat, and Tekken dont need indept story lines, they own as they are. But anime games must have them if they are to attract non fans. I am a DB, DBZ, kinda DBGT fan to the fullest. Grew up watchin it on toonami. Gotta say it'll always b the better franchise no one could honestly compare. But i gotta say im looking forward more to getting Ultimate ninja Storm 2. Raging Blast 2 is good n all but the turn off is that theres no story mode but sick gameplay at that. I'll stick with my Tenkaichi 3. Both r great franchises but in the end Naruto at best destroys villiages. Goku can destroy planets, prob even galaxies

As 4 the last thing ima say since dbz started in 1983 and were now in 2010 about to be in 2011 thats 27 years going on 28 that Dbz is still mentioned as the best. Naruto has a long way 2 go before they can even be worthy enough 2 be mentioned in a sentence with Dbz lets see if naruto is still mentioned 27 years from now like dbz is not 2 mention the fact that dbz is stil being aired today now as DBallKai "Newly Revised" I doubt naruto will ever last that long or have half the success dbz has.

DBZ is more popular, but that doesnt mean its video games havn't been crappy. It has produced some of the worst video games in the history of video gaming, and the quality of them continues to plummit (though there are a few honory mentions of legendary titles thay were good (budokai).

You are correct. Raging Blast 2 is indeed out classed by Naruto Shippuden Ninja Storm 2 in general. But in my opinion both games are awesome. Both still need improvement. And to be honest, I still don't own any of the current DBZ games, only rent them. As for tenkaichi 3, still own that one nonetheless. Just hope that the games can improve and deliver what the audience wants.

I'm a BIG FAN of both animes. I've been watching DB for 20 years and Naruto since 2003.
I love Storm 2. Its fighting system is simple but you have to strategize. Deidara can be easily beaten at close range. Planning attacks 2 and 3 steps ahead is what I love the most.
RB2 does not have me excited from the demo. I just don't like the game play yet.
Storm adv. mode sucks but bosses are great. I'd like both games to have Broken Bond adv. mode
If Storm is a 8, RB is a 7.8
RB2 roster is 90!!!!

Ok ive been a fan of naruto and dbz since they both came out. But first of all if you played RB1, youll we see that RB2 is almost completely different. I had RB1, i can say the improvement is even better then DBZT1 and 2 combined. RB2 is like on a whole another level then the first 1, and it actually has 100 characters, not 90.

And as for NS2, it doesnt suck. thats what i thought at first but then when i compared it to NS1 i was like, this owns the first one. The first one you was in the village the whole time. In naruto storm 2, they basically spreaded out the space and use it to make new places like, the rain village, the north, south, uchiha hideouts and other places. And its also more like the ps2 versions, which make it more beast. So I say naruto and Dbz are even because of the tremendous changes.

played raging blast 2 and storm 2 demo back to back and raging blast is faster and can feel davastation. storm 2 so boring and soft.
storm 2 normsl attack is so soft... cant feel the impact. its like hitting wind instead of oponent. it seems that the epic cinematic fight is masking its poor gameplay. super simple gameplay and hitting wind.

both games will kick ass! Storm 2's got the interactive battles plus covers the story past the point in the anime and Raging Blast 2 has the shitload of characters and explosive gameplay...people complain about RB2's graphics, but as my friend said the other day, its just a BETA vid. Plus each copy of Raging Blast 2 will come with the completely reanimated "Eradicate the Saiyans" OVA. Storm 2 will also incorporate team attacks, as well as coming out first .

@blazingrasengan93 but both games would be better if they covered more than just one series...like if Raging Blast covered from the original DB to GT, like in Tenkaichi 3, and if Ninja Storm covered from the first episode of the original Naruto up to future episodes of Shippuden, similar how the Narutimate Accels covered the Shippuden story, as well as incorporating from the first episode to the Naruto vs Sasuke finale and the Kakashi Gaiden episodes.

I like how dumbass peeps are saying "Raging Blast 2> Storm 2" vice versa ,but they haven't even played both full games.They both have their down falls like Raging Blast 2 has no story mode nor GT and DragonBall characters.Storm 2 is basiclly a button masher and the supposed "3d environments you explore" is so bland and restricted its not funny.I'll pick up both these good games and play them both without winning like a little fanboy bitch.

@SuperPuffPuff both are good and i agree get both, only reason i think rb2 might be better is cause im more dbz than naruto, other than that i have had problems deciding, and the 2 bad things you mentioned i dont see as bad, about story its just another kind of story.

I like both series so much, i think dragonball has more of a comedic side to it and naruto has more of a drama side. Dragonball and Dragonball Z always made me laugh, naruto makes me laugh on occasion and usually it isnt meant to be funny, then in naruto they have sad music and kill people off, while in dragonball Z it doesnt matter if they die. Neither win because they are two completely different styles of anime, game wise I will buy them both and probabaly put same time into both

I really wish that raging blast 2 would have the gt saga. If it doesn't what would be the point of it. UNS2 is what I can't wait for only 8 more days and its mine :)

it would depend UNS2 wins story, ultimates possibly RB2 because the storm 2 ultimates have been half assed (unless it is optional) charcter roster RB2 100 graphics undecided ( I need both games and do a comparison), close to the anime-ness UNS2 hands down, for my taste a draw im getting both of these games cuz they're my favorite animes

come on man its pretty obvious which is better dbz is the same shit over and over again the story mode is garbage on everygame and the combos never change Naruto on the other hand Story mode always amazes everyone and have a good fighting system..im a fan of bot but im tired of doing the same thing over and over again on DBZ

Well i plan to buy both games since im a big fan of both Naruto and DBZ. Have to say im looking forward to Storm more then Raging Blast.. Raging Blast 1 wasnt that great (I liked Tenkaichi 3 way more) and Storm looks amazing! I cant wait to see the new episode or movie or whatever you want to call it, in Raging Blast 2 :) It sounds intresting and im looking forward to it!
