JF we use the Roland GX24 and the Jaguar IV to cut everything and have never had an issue with the sticky flock. So much easier to wear then the regular template material.
@Navy, Check out the video "How To Make A Rhinestone Car Decal Design With Sticky Flock Template Material" It will show you how we clean up the stones after completed. No scooping here. :)
Most amazing stuff ever! Can't wait to see what I can come up with next. The possibilities are endless. Also have used the idea of the gatorade bottle (or I am assuming that is what you are using) to keep my stones in. Question though.. what do you use to scoop up the stones when you are done?
We cut our ss10 Stones for the Sticky Flock at 3.28mm for best results.

Another great video Matt! Lining up the design on the shirt is a little scary for me. Hope it gets easier!

@rstandardink, We only have that problem with the burnout shirts and we put a sheet of teflon between the shirt on those.

Matt thank you for showing the whole process. Have you have any problems with the from and back of the shirt sticking together?
