A fine question. Simply steam the broccoli, carrots and/or cauliflower the old fashioned way - in a small colander or bamboo basket in a pot of boiling water. If you prefer your veggies crisper, stir fry them in a slightly oiled pan or wok for five minutes on high, or until done.

could I dice the chicken really fine and cook it in a wok? I have trouble with sticking in the wok.

Sure, though the outcome may vary. Sounds delicious, though. Be sure to put plenty of oil in the wok to reduce sticking.
