  • I just prepared this meal for my family and they all LOVED it! Keep it up youre doing a great job I am so happy I found u! My family thanks you God bless ;)

  • Is whole grain pasta good?

  • Loved it, thanks for the recipe (: it's so amazoing how it turns out to be super healthy !

  • Did you know that meat actually isn't even required to be in the human body? You should probably do a week of just vegetarian dishes.

  • No baconstrips? Oops wrong channel!

  • whole wheat pasta lol

    Walmart brand lol lol

    turkey meatballs lol

  • I made the meatballs with buffalo. It was so delicious.

  • finally something good on youtube, iv been trying to lose some weight but no matter how much i run or workout it always got messed up from the foods i ate and now i found this. all i gatta say is keep up the good work. whats the best chocolate cereal to eat?

  • @PartyInMyPants415 if u really want to see progress ill suggest u to eat simply oats, with that little change u willmake a huge different. u can add chocalate protein, milk and micowaved it so it doesnt taste like cardboard.

  • @wirboy91 alright thanks man ill try that, but how many times a day could i eat that?

  • just wondering, how much is one serving of pasta?

  • i am definitely making this tonight!

  • This looks so good

  • looks yummy

  • Hey michael! Have been following your channel and recipes for awhile :) If you don't mind, maybe you can make a video on how to make coleslaw/salad that is healthy? Thanks! :D

  • hey michael can you give us more recipe that goes great with rice. i tried the stir fry tuna and it was amazing!! thank you

  • To be honest, if you want to know the cost, then going the extra mile with whole-wheat pasta, Stevia, ect. shouldn't be for you. Organic and all natural foods are quite expensive.

  • nice man I personally like these real meals made healthy rather than quick healthy snacks. What you should do next time when you make the meatballs is put them in a frying pan at hot heat and sear the outside until it has some nice color on it than put them in the oven to fully cook them. They will taste and look much better without adding any calories. it's how all the meats are done at restaurants.

  • Is salt a bad idea because i always use it. Should I not??

  • Master Chef

  • Instead of the like bottom .. There should be the " love bottom" because all your videos are just amazing !

  • I really like that you show the portion sizes. I've watched a few videos where you didn't say that part, but it really does help. Good job!

  • Please do """

  • Please don't a healthy non diary potato salad.

  • It's not sauce it's gravy ! Love your vids man learned alot of great recipes

  • Ooh worst thing to do is cook pasta before the sauce is ready! That's a no no, sticks like glue!

  • Looks good. May try that tomorrow night.

  • Im gonna make some of this for dinner today

  • Oh yumm. I have been craving spaghetti!

  • @legggggggggy He said you can change it to YOUR preference some ppl dont have the time or money for all that fresh stuff...

  • @alradgoessomething healthy fats :)

  • You say that we can change the serving size, how do we do that exactly? I'm terrible at that. I do have my fitness pal on my iphone so maybe that helps?

  • could you tell me why you never use salt in your meals? Is it to avoid gaining water weight?

  • This is pretty good. Decent sub for the common dish at 300+ calories.

Personally I don't really eat pasta but I suppose I may just be a bit too hard on myself.

I would definitely add Parsley and Onions to the meat balls.... or maybe some steamed spinach, yes that sounds like a good plan!

  • Great job!

  • adding a generous splash of olive oil to the pasta once it drains helps to balance blood glucose levels

  • @ravenbones1 Also adds calories :)

  • @alradgoessomething well, that all depends on what medical/dietary advice you are willing to follow. Here in the US we have been beaten over the head that fats of any kind are bad for us. That started over 40 years ago. We are not THE fattest people on Earth. Many other cultures consume alot more fat than we do and do not have anywhere near the health problems we do. Judge for yourself.

  • PERFECT!!! It a bit heavy on the cooking side, but its all very basic all n all. NICE!

  • What's not to love with spaghetti and meatballs?! I usually just sautee the meat in a frying pan and I can control the overall browning best that way. I love your kitchen!

  • Those canned stuff contain emulgators which are bad for your kidneys and liver and may cause cancer in the long run.

  • You should also post the average price of the meal/recipe

  • @ProBinderSpinner that would vary A LOT depending on your situation...

  • @angel11811 Thats why I said to post an "average", or at least the amount he spent. It shouldn't be too hard.

  • @ProBinderSpinner that would be cool

  • @ProBinderSpinner yeah and how to eat the meal you prepared, right? Give him a break. Keep up with the good work

  • @lordbbb15 How hard is it to add up an estimated cost to inform people? Sometimes cost is an issue for people and it would save a bunch of time for thousands of pepple, and maybe only cost leanbodylifestyle just a minute or two.

  • @ProBinderSpinner Give this guy a break, man xD Seriously .. he's sitting there, calculating Calories for you FOR FREE ... and you can't even estimate store prices in your head?

  • @LuyZOnE

    1. I'm not complaining about it. I'm simply making a positive suggestion that benefits a lot of people.

    2. I already do make estimated costs, and I thought my idea would help others out, especially those on a budget

    3. Figuring out an estimated price for ingredients in one serving does not take a lot of time.

    4. Knowing an estimated price of a recipe might even help convince more people to actually go out and try the recipe.

  • @ProBinderSpinner Alright, just sounded very demanding ... like u wouldn't appreciate the work he's already putting into it

  • @ProBinderSpinner lol tat requires a whole lot of work man.

  • as always...fkn amazing

  • nice one :)

  • LOOKS GREAT

  • Liking the video before watching it :D

  • Please give the video a LIKE if you enjoy! It is much appreciated! Thanks for watching.

    The example meal has:

    331 calories

    4g fat

    29g protein

    45g carbs

    ---

Note: You can change up the serving sizes to fit your diet plan. This was just an example.

  • @leanbodylifestyle why not just use lean ground beef (93/7)? It's just as lean as lean turkey is it not?
