RATM is the best live act ever. I was too young to ever see them, but my cousin (who's 32 now) went to see RATM when they were just hitting in 1993(somewhere), and again1997(New Jersey) to see them Zack puts so much energy into his performances. Little joke: I was looking at a deftones video and somebody said their vocalist is energetic. the most he does is jmp 2 ft in the air and headbang a little. Zack is true NRG!!!

4:08-4:16 is the best scene I've ever seen from RATM live. da na na na YEAHHHHHH! Who agrees. Zack runs into the wall for _____'s sake and shouts like a maniac. That is why I love RATM. Zack is incredible, political and very smart, tom is political, smart, and an excellent guitarist, Tim has really been an innovator and huge influence on many bassists around the world, and Brad is one of the best drummers in the land (see "Bulls on Parade").

Most of his lyrics are about injustice (in a criminal corporate systen) in general. I think it's really good they expose the injustices in society and shed light on facts that really matter. They're one of the few. Still i doubt there's a lot of revolutionaires or activists listening to their music they just want to rock out. That's why I doubt if music is the right vehicel for these political ideas. Maybe writing a book would be better.

Look at peoples faces, some of them just dont have a clue, what the hell this sound is. Nobody did, I diddent know, but it was the greatest sound - a perfect mix. So, when they invited my first concert in ´93, because I met them in Copenhagen, and asked them to sign an album i quickly bought, I felt like I had been touched by God. Saw them again at Roskilde Festival´94 and ´95, and one more time in ´95/´96.
