  • Good video. I can totally relate.

  • last week i randomly fell into a pit of depression too. nothing i could do could shake it off or make me feel better.

i have depression and social anxiety which really limits my social life. I have few friends and none of them i can talk to, they just dont understand, so i went out and did a bunch of stuff i was procrastinating and i feel a little better:)

but mehh....so just hang in there, im sure you'll be up and about in no time

If u wanna PM me I can help with more advice....

  • I agree with gallowspole. When you feel so upset you have to get out of the apartment. Go out and enjoy nature. Take Scott with you. Experience the world. Take a moment and breath. no matter what project is due. The amount of time you spend stressing every day will be more useful if you use it to be you. to breath. to embrace the day and to find a way to make your day brighter. There is no time like the present and the past is history that can not be changed.

Lots of love and Blessed be,

    Selena

  • The best thing you can do is to get out of your house/apartment. I've found that really helps to prevent you from dwelling on how miserable you feel. Go for a walk or a drive or a run or to a store or anything that will help prevent that sedentary self-loathing that is so common. Been there, done that....no fun.
