have all your msn windows on one monitor, have your work on the other.

play tf2/l4d/gmod on one monitor, have msn/itunes open on the other.

have one widescreen and the other rotated 90 degrees so that you can use the rotated one to read long documents.

of course you can always just alt+tab through everything, but you'd be surprised how much time you save when everything you need is right there.

like fiskefyren said. Video editing (of live footage from real life) usualy takes 3x as much time to edit as it is long. However, he isn't using a rl video and he's making it all by hand so it takes even longer.
