It is the Presence of God that heals us and makes all go well in our lives.

The Bible says that God inhabits the praises of his people.

When you praise God His presence saturates ur beeing.

Forget about asking God for things for a few minutes a day and just praise and worship Him. He knows what u need b4 u ask Him.

Just praise and worship God and all will be well.

In the gospels it is writen that Jesus often spend time alone praying to the Father.

If the Son of God needet to spend time alone with God to be strengthened, then how much more do we need to do the same?

I just got inspired from this message to spend 15 minutes in the morning with God.
