Its rough on the rims, but the going 2 wheels is perfectly plausible. I have done so myself before as part of my driver training. The biggest trick is you have to be VERY VERY good at keeping balance, and also aware that if it starts to go you must let it drop or risk flipping over and destroying the vehicle. The fact he did it with an extra person means he obviously knew the weight and balance down by that time. The grinding, I dunno about that one.
