fantastic cover, amazing rickenbacker aswell, how much did it set you back?

I bought it from the US when they were cheaper (have gone up lately), and when the exchange rate was good. With customs and shipping it still only cost me a little over £700. You'd do well to get one for that now.

I'm not sure who Adam Devlin's infuences were. The Ric does do the Smiths sound very well though.

That is crazy if it's true man! coz it's the perfect pop song and so fun to play even on bass...my old band mate never liked them but he was funny like that. I think really he was jealous lol

Thanks. Boss compressor - Boss CE5 Chorus - Sansamp PSA 1.1 on the (slightly edited) 'Marshall Clean' preset - Peavey Ultra 112 on the clean channel. Stepping on a Behringer TO800 at the end. You can hear the original too which makes it sound better than it really is.
