Fire type reploids are built with heat resistant material thats also highly conductive, meaning electricity shorts them out.

Thunder type reploids are built with little insolation, meaning cold easily screws their systems

and Ice type reploids bodies are naturally cool to allow the use of ice attacks, so fire causes their systems to overheat
