According to the Sims Wiki, if you gain master meditation (150 game hours of meditation), you can summon elements of nature to help you fight. But I can't find any sort of videos that prove this, so far.
@Nyrufa I don't know about summoning elements but the skill challenges state that 150 game hours = the ablility to teleport at will (For 4 hours when you have the meditation moodlet full.)
Ok what level of sim Fu do you have to have to meditate? I have a green belt now and I can't figure out how to do it and I'm in an adventure that requires it? Please help!!

@Alw32656 get your sim to lvl 5 and then click on your sim. the option "meditate" should come up

when your sim reaches a certain lvl of sim fu you'll be able to meditate, just click on your sim and then meditate
