  • wtf y

  • whats it for

  • Linux Ubuntu has jstest-gtk which is the same thing only through ur pc....free.

  • Did you just partially do the Konami Code?

  • and 3 for ALL THE WAY ROFL

  • hehe... he said tester!!!!!! Ummm.... yeah....

  • People only care about this because it's Ben Heck... This device doesn't seem like anything a high-schooler couldn't make... Hell, I did something like this with a Sega Genesis controller and a basic stamp back in the 7th grade. LED triggering is not worth 600 bucks. At least my little project emulated the game pad a serial mouse...

  • @radicalgarbage02 as a serial mouse

  • All the whey.

  • And that helps by ..............?

  • tripple lights, ALL THE WAAAAAAAY!

  • what does it bring??

  • 3 for all the way lol

  • ...wtf

  • lol you said '' little movement , alittle there, and all the way'' thats what she said :P

  • Has anyone ever told you that you sound like a Canadian version of Data from Star Trek?

    lol

  • @STIHLable He's american.

  • This is the best one yet - as if you people dont know what it is good for

    - You can wire it up to a PSX controller

    - a SEGA controller

    - Any controller

    - It also has the pin-outs for an Official Xbox 360 Wireless controller which is extremely hard to find on the PCB

I tried to make one, but I could not find the tracks on the PCB

  • That's awesome!

  • thissss iss stupidd lol

  • What's the point of that?

  • were can i get one lol

  • The use is for companies making things like FPS to test controller latency, a light appearing is pretty crap though, it would be good to have it read out to a pc showing actual values in milliseconds for response time, then developers could log the results and graph them. Then compare the results to what is happening on screen and see if hardware slow downs due to on screen action has an affect on the wireless system used and quantify the effects.

  • this would be much cooler to use as an adapter for other controllers, like, make an arcade stick and just plug your 360 controller into it =P

  • das coo but i dont know what u b usin it fo

  • why would you plaug a board into a controller waiste of time really.

  • And what is the use of THAT?

  • It's for companies making 360 games and testing the controller latency. Yeah it's not Ben Heck but it's still cool.

  • Why not just put it in a PC? The buttons and all the axises will be shown under the controller option in Control Panel.

  • why?

  • this video is hilarious.

  • alllll the way

  • how's this video hilarious

  • I'm not used to hearing Ben talk calmly and seriously.

  • it is to see how fast the time difference in between when you push the button to when it shows up on screen. In other words, when the 360 receives the signal that you press "x" button. At least that is what i think.

  • Yeah that's it. He's building them for game developers as a tool for testing latency.

  • What is that for?

  • He's building them for game developers as a tool for testing latency.

  • wtf is it its liek a thingy that lights up when u push ur buttons

  • I'd give you the real reason, but your brain wouldn't be able to comprehend it.

  • That definitely makes sense...

  • In other words, you have no clue.

  • yea they have no clue

  • you forgot to say: fasten your seat belts

  • Pure awesome

  • ben

    U rock!!!!!!!!
