Also, the perpetrator is black and seemingly an immigrant, so that is not offered here, only the idea that it was the natural conclusion by a teacher "never violent" etc., and trying to make it like it's not a big deal (like the talking head is just MINIMIZING how horrid this is). 40 years ago, this sort of "schooling" was unthinkable.
