  • Clear examples of arrogant and sore losers from Indonesia. They just can't be a good sport, must sindir-sindir everywhere. Howard also did well in this match, it wouldn't work with a one-man show from Tony Gunawan even though he is one of the best players that has ever lived! Besides, they went all the way to the final.

    Give credit when its due.

  • @extyrannomon The match actually was rigged. Get your facts.No-one gives credit when it isn't earned lol

  • @TheKaiserbun

Cool, one-man shows made it to the final and the final was rigged for them. At least give Bach credit for reaching the final then, not anyone could just pick up a racquet, pair up with one of the best players in the world and storm to the final.

  • @extyrannomon not arrogant i think.. just cool...

  • This game was rigged. They let the US Team won so they can promote badminton in the US. There is no way Sigit/Candra can lose from Tony/Howard. Maybe from Tony/Halim but not with the big headed Howard...

  • @007islander

    Messed up.

  • a lap around the stadium with the flag? that's so embarrassing

  • damn they are good wow.....

  • what I am impressed with is that the joint was packed with fans. I guess holding it in L.A. really helped with a large Asian community who knew badminton.

  • I love badminton... hehehe, TQ

  • lol..bad facts huh?

  • it sucks we can't even see the shuttle

  • i was there! and it was absolutely beautiful.

  • howard bach has such bad sportsmanship!

  • and from Vietnam too ^o^ !

  • haha. bloody americans...

  • great macth, though USA won the match, but they imported player form Indonesia...

  • Basically, Tony retired as a Indonesian international player in 2001 and immigrated to US. Of course, Tony has a higher profile during his career. Different from Tony, Howard immigrated to US at the very young age, 2, from Vietnam. Eventually, he teamed up with Tony for the US team to win the 2005 WC.

  • @starswillcollide
