  • @muhammadatiqkhanmak You dont need the gym. Running, push ups, sit ups, squats, leg raises, pull ups, etc can all be done with out the gym. Body weight exercises are definitely the best for losing weight.

  • can you send me some more tips on how to get have Portion Control Diet?its really helping me i do not have to spend money on those healthy eating programs any more. thanks

  • Hi, please see my video called Food and Diet Fit for Life Plan. It features my "food bear" to help simplify healthy eating. I think you will find it very helpful for weight loss and portion control.

  • love your tips....they help a lot...

  • hey I need ur help !! I am 16 year old and I have gain a lot of weight !! my waist is 36 !! nd I donnot do gym ! do help me !!

  • Lol YouTips4U. Is it 4Me or For You?

  • your actually not suppose to let yourself get hungry, because you eat more when your hungry

  • @TheCheeseToTheMac she means your not supposed to eat just because you have nothing else to do. She is absolutely right. Of course dont let yoursef go hungry!! Your right on that part. (:

  • hi i need your help..i workout 3 times a week on my belly..i do cardio too..and i dont eat fast food..only once every 2 weeks..i drink lots of water..but i still cant lose my belly fat..it is not big but i want it flat..my lower abs are hard to get rid off.i do a lot of different types of exercises to target those areas but i dont seem to be losing inches in my waist line...i need your help..

  • Hi, you don't mention how much cardio you do. You need to do at least 40 minuites 4-5 times a week to shed your excess belly fat.

  • Smaller plates are probably the easiest and most effective thing you can do to reduce your intake long term.

  • Great video, I love what you said about reducing the size of your plate and eating your food in groups. Thanks for your helpful tips.

  • Hi, yes it's very good. Very low in sugar and high in fiber.

  • you said to use cardio and strength training to boost metabolism right?

would if per say, you wanna increase muscle mass, but yet you have a high metabolism and yet you do strength training(meaning lifting or benching A.K.A. working out). How would you do cardio? wouldn't that interlace the strength training and reduce body mass?

  • Hi, you will still be able to increase muscle mass if you do regular cardio as long as you don't cut your calories. If you don't do cardio and just lift, you can put on excess fat and your muscle wouldn't be as ripped looking as it may be covered by excess fat. You also want to keep your heart and lungs in shape which you cannot do with weight training alone.

  • ancient chinese secret for weight loss

  • This is funny

  • damn you are so beautiful!!

  • mmm lovely

  • love your channel and tips ...thanks so much for sharing ..i need this lol take care !!

  • I really enjoy your videos! Very informative. :) I have a few questions: 1. What kind of exercise do you do/how often? 2. Do you ever treat yourself to junk food like a piece of cake? 3. How many times a day do you eat? 4. Do you think it's best to not eat 3 hours before going to bed? 5. What can I do or eat to feel fuller longer? 6. What is one of the best things to eat at night before bed?

  • Hi, please check out my blogspot, I have outlined the exercises that I do and for how long. I do treat myself to foods that I consider dessert snacks every day. I love chocolate so my treats usually are some kind of chocolate. Some of my favorites are dark chocolate covered almonds, dark choc. covered raisins, chocolate fudge brownie ice cream, homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and my homemade healthy brownies (see my video on how to make these).

  • I eat several small meals throughout the day usually as soon as I feel a little bit of hunger. I do eat before I go to bed if I'm hungry, usually a little cereal and milk or kefir or yogurt. I don't like going to bed with any hunger. A snack an hour before bed helps me sleep. To feel fuller try adding some healthy fats to your meals. Things like olive oil, avocados, peanut butter. It will help you stay fuller much longer.

  • well whats hard for me is that im only 15 and my parents dont buy any veggies except carrots, and we dont usually buy enough fruit to last the week..

  • i wanna lose weight. (:

  • You are an effective speaker. Great videos.

  • I have a low metablism so these tips are good.

  • how can you lose weight if u have a low metabolism?

  • Hi, you want to raise your metabolism with exercise, both cardio and strength training. . This will enable your body to process food faster and you to lose excess weight faster. Hope that helps.

  • Great tips! thanks so much :) when you were talking about the food groups, it somewhat depends on everyone with regards to how much protein and carbs someone has, it depends on your metabolic type.

  • I always sit at the table which is in front of the tv, is that bad? I use a smaller plate its a great idea.

  • Hi, it does distract you from focusing on eating and can lead to consuming more calories than you normally would.

  • @YouTips4U Oh ok!

  • For the last couple months I've been on a "trend" eating like 5 chocolate bars each evening. I heard your tip about focusing on your food, so I bought the small individually wrapped chocolates like you get with coffee sometimes. I ate one after lunch, and one after dinner, really focusing on the taste and texture as it melted on my tongue. I just lost 4 pounds in one week, I can't quite believe it. THANK YOU! BTW it was dark chocolate and I always had an apple in my purse for a snack.

  • Hi, thanks so much for sharing and congratulations on losing 4 pounds, that's terrific. I love dark chocolate too and eat it every night!

  • great video ...tips vert helpful and doable

    Thanks,

    Phyllis

    Boston, MA

  • wat shoud i eat then if i dont really eat veggie...nd we filipino always eat rice nd meat...

  • hey there beautiful!

  • THANK YOU!! How do i make mypelf get up and exercise everyday, like after school? When I am really tired and feel like sleepy, what can help to get that energy to exercise? And what kind of food could get me energsized?

  • Hi, a little trick is when you get home from school, don't sit down and relax because a body in motion stays in motion. Do your exercise first, then relax and do homework. If you need an energy boost try raisins! They won't way you down so you can exercise and they give you a sugar boost yet they're good for you too :o)

  • @YouTips4U is tea healthy?

  • Hi, it certainly is. Depending on the herb that the tea is made of, there are many different nutrients and antioxidants that are very beneficial to your health.

  • Thank you very much ..! Great tips! Great vid! Brilliant.. :)

  • going to use your tips! very well put!

Very, very good tips and well edited :)

  • Hi, thanks so much for your terrific feedback. I really appreciate it :o)

  • Thanks for the tips.

  • do u have foods in mind that might help you gain muscle but not eating too much at the same time?

  • Yes, anything high in protein will help. Things like nuts, peanut butter, cheese. All of these foods are great snacks and are high in protein for muscle development.

  • Thank You! :o)

  • I want to loose weight :D

  • so great its a good idea

  • thanx plz give some tips on how to get weight.

  • thank you soo much!!!!

i think i might actually listen to this since my biggest problem is portion size

  • Hi, you're very welcome! I think you will have great results with this because you are still eating the foods you like, but controlling the quantity. You'd be surprised how you can get your stomach used to less food and shrink.

  • Thank you for this video. ;)

  • That is so true! I never notice how truly full I am until I stand up and I then I notice that what seemed like an OK meal really was too much!

  • Hi, thanks so much for your feedback!

  • i hope you take more about diet...

have you every tried ezekial bread??

its a flour less sprouted grain bread, I think you should make a video about that complete protein bread and how good it is. :)

  • Hi, I have not tried that, but I have tried sprouted grain bread in the past and loved it. I will buy some and give it a try. Thanks so much for sharing :o)

  • yay! ive still been looking for the coconut oil video. :) but whenever you get the chance <33

  • Hi again, it's coming real soon! I just put it together and I'm working on editing it! Sorry for the wait, but I always have a few things going at once. I hope you like it :o)

  • what would you suggest if you are allergic to nuts

  • Oh, that's too bad. You will just have to avoid them. If you would like additional protein at breakfast you can have an egg or eggbeaters as a side dish along with your cereal.

  • i did a portions diet 3 yrs ago and lost 80lbs no exercises at all all i did was just take the regular amount of what i eat and cut it in half for example normally i would eat 4 or 5 slices of pizza i would eat just 2 good sizes worked great

  • Excellent! That's the way to do it; but I would like you to consider doing some exercise, not just for weight maintenance reasons, but for your overall health and fitness. Thanks so much for sharing :o)

  • i do i started lifting weights and jogging about 6 months ago things have been lookin up ever since take care

  • Hi! Thanks for the great tips, i have a question though: sometimes i jog in the evenings (i burn around 200-300 calories each time), and when i'm done with it i usually feel full, so is there a need to eat dinner?

  • Hi, jogging is one of the best appetite suppressants. I always recommend that you only eat when you are hungry, so if you are not hungry, I would just make sure you get plenty of fluids to replace those lost and not worry about it. If you feel that your diet is lacking due to missed calories in the evening, try to have a late day healthy snack. Your body is the best judge as to whether it's hungry or not. Kudos to you for being in tune with it.

  • No, that's a very unhealthy thing to do and very hard on your body and digestive system.

  • totally pretty, shapely, sexi, and strong too. i want one, lol. much luv sweetie.

  • You're sweet. Thank you for your kind compliments.

  • hello i was wondering if eating jasmine sticky rice is bad for you? i heard somewhere that this rice turns into starch and makes you get high blood sugar. I dont think i eat this stuff in excess but i usually eat about 4 cups a day during different times like breakfast, lunch, dinner

  • Any type of white refined rice is a low-fiber carb and raises your blood sugar thus promoting weight gain. If you want the benefit of keeping your blood sugar steady as well as keeping you full longer your rice needs to be of the whole grain variety like brown rice.

  • hey, when you said that your head tells you your full..what do you mean. im 17 and if i dont eat at normal intervals i start feeling faint and i start shaking..um i think i might be diabetic but havent got tested..?

  • Hi, it sounds like you get low blood sugar when you are hungry and by eating you are stabilizing your blood sugar level. You probably have a high metabolism and burn calories very quickly so when you get hungry your body just shuts down. In the video I said that I feel my brain sometimes needs fuel and wants food and my tummy tells me when I'm full. I really do get light-headed and tired sometimes when I'm hungry. If I wait too long I get jittery and weak too.

  • ok so i guess im fine, i was kinda worried something was wrong with me like being diabetic..thank you!

  • simple. easy. and most importantly, healthy!

  • Thank You! I'm so glad you found it helpful :o)

  • do you buy organic? like the peanutbutter..do you buy regualr JIF or skippy ?

Also do you every worry about high frutose cornsyrup and all that...

    Thanks

you TIPS are by far the best ive gotten. :)

i dont know why you dont have over 10,000 viewers yet.

  • I do both. I use organic products and non organic. I do use Simply Jiff peanut butter; it's my favorite! I also like the fresh peanut butter that's ground from peanuts. I buy that too.

I really try to limit my consumption of high fructose corn syrup whenever possible. It's hard to completely eliminate it though when it's in so many products like whole wheat bread.

Thanks so much for your compliment, I'm so glad you like my videos!

  • ive always been scared of starch/carbs but i end up eating loads of cookies or crackers which is the same thing as carbs but worse than just bread or potato or rice.

  • You're absolutely right, cookies, etc. are worse! You'll find if you include healthy high fiber carbs regularly in your diet, you will be fuller longer and you won't eat nearly as much of the simple sugar carbs because you won't crave them as much. That's why I like to make my favorite snacks high fiber, like my healthy brownies! I can enjoy my snacks and get the high fiber.

  • Really cool and useful!

    Thank you for sharing :)

  • Great tips! Thank you!

  • You are so sweet!! ^_^* Thank you for that tip. It's very helpful. I knew the "not eating infront of the TV", but... lol *ahem* I do it. I have to control that. ALOT. lol

  • Excellent tips!

  • Thank you!

  • I love peanut butter and usually have a little with every meal. I also like almond butter and cashew butter as well!! Have you tried those?

  • No, I haven't tried the almond and cashew butter. Can you find these at the local grocery store?

  • Yes, you can find them right along side the peanut butter. You might also have to look in the area of your super market where they sell the health/organic foods because many times they're organic. If you have a Trader Joe's near you, try there first because they are cheaper. Thanks!

  • We don't have Trader Joe's in Florida. I have heard wonderful things about that place. I'll check the organic section at my grocery store. Again thanks for all your help.

  • Thanks for sharing. Great tips. I like the idea of eating off a smaller plate. I forgot about how good peanut butter is.
