  • Eric had planned on taking Connor to a circus that weekend, and was on his way to pick him up, when the tragedy struck. He already was at a low spot in his life, so he went to rehab, one last time. Now he runs Crossroads Center, the rehab he started, his own idea. Not "only" a great guitarist, but a great human being, one who changed for the better. He is not a God, but someone you can learn from, someone to be admired.

  • poor guy

  • Wow - that must have been SO hard for him to do, but bless him and it's the kind of thing he'll do - like letting his favorite guitars go at auction with all proceeds going to his Crossroads center for rehab. It seems that he always tries to help others get through and avoid mistakes and really painful events that have happened to him. He's a GIVING person - as BB King said at the last Crossroads festival and makes him ever greater in my opinion (and he's pretty far up there already)
